Horrible service. Unprofessional and defiantly the crooks of the business. They wait till after the job is done to charge u the maximum price on invoice and leave u know choice but to pay the inflated price. Call other more professional company!

I had a great experience with Greg and John. They arrived on time, were professional, and took great care to make sure that the problem was fixed and we were happy with the outcome. I am so glad that I called them to help clear a clog in my kitchen sink. We hadn’t been able to run our washer in a LONG time and now we are able to do so without worrying about sewage coming up in the kitchen sink. I will definitely call Excellent plumbing when I need any plumbing work in the future.

Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.

I highly recommend Flow Pros. I had a large corporate company come out on 12/10 to address a slow draining tub. They said it was fixed, but it wasn’t. I called Flow Pros on Sunday 12/19. Jerad responded right away and said they would call to set up an appointment on Monday. They contacted me first thing Monday morning. John came out that afternoon to fix my slow drain. John was very informative and explained some other plumbing concerns that I will have, which I will have Flow Pros addressed next week. Flow Pros is run by good honest guys who put their customers concerns first. They won’t try to sell services that you don’t need. I will definitely be using them for all future projects and plumbing problems. Thank you so much for the good quality service I received today.

We had all the cast iron sewer pipes under our house replaced. Allen did a good job of planning the excavation to avoid as much disruption of our home as possible. He and Nathan were easy to work with, friendly, and well skilled in the job.

No complaints - told me a price before they came out. Couldn't fix the problem initially but came up with a solution that worked.

Manuel Morales was our technician. He did an awesome job. I thought he was very thorough. Our problem is resolved and we are very happy with the results. We will be calling them again.

These guys are pros. Our (new to us) house has very old cast iron sewers and stacks, and these guys have helped us clear scaling and other issues so that we can defer major expenses to replace those lines. Alex and Henry were professional and really know their stuff!

We had our home repiped because of a slab leak. Our home is 1958 so the existing plumbing lines were on borrowed time, instead of having our floor busted up and deal with future leaks from old plumbing lines we had Landmark replace all piping, not an easy job on an older, block, flat roof home. Jason the owner, Nico & Sokol did an excellent job. Nico work days in our shallow roof and insulate all the lines. The City Of Clearwater plumbing inspector continued to comment on the excellent, thorough workmanship performed to complete the job. So yes, we highly recommend this company. Victoria

The experience of using Plumb Great plumbing for the first time was impressive ! Charles was able to fix a clogged tub drain that a previous plumbing service could not. He rebuilt the the toilet tank that had flushing issues and did all this in the most professional way. He was very neat , clean and efficient in doing these repairs.
The quality and cost was better than any other plumber I had used in the past!
Charles is very personable and when he leaves you have met a forever friend and plumber you will always want back for any plumbing issues!

We were without water for days waiting for our property management to get someone out to fix our plumbing issue. They sent out a gentleman by the name of Mark from this company. He was very professional and well mannered and also provided us with plenty of information on the situation and did a great job. Very nice and respectful, we would definitely use this company again.
