Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

2021 - Larson Plumbing did a great job for me again. I changed out 2 vanity’s that had 2 sinks in 1st vanity and 1 in the 2nd vanity. I followed the installation instructions that came with the faucets and mounted them to the vanity tops. Then I hooked up the supply and drain lines which took some modifications because they did not line up like the previous sinks/vanity’s. After 3 trips to Lowes and multiple tries, I had issues/leaks with all 3 sinks in different places. I reached out to Larson Plumbing which I have used in the past 2020 and scheduled a service call for my home. They put me on schedule quickly and sent Roy out to my home. In roughly 3 hours he took apart what I did incorrectly and reinstalled it the correct way. He explained what he did, was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Another fantastic job completed by Larson Plumbing. I am a fan and they can use me as a reference anytime.

2020 - Larson Plumbing just completed a project for me. Chris helped me with design, layout and fixture selection recommendations. This involved an ADA compliant bathroom that we had no idea what is needed. He provided recommendations on size of drain line and supply side pipe options and benefits. The employees he sent to our home were very professions, polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves daily. The whole process went better than expected and I will recommend Larson Plumbing to friends, family or anyone else I speak with that is looking for a good plumbing company. Great Plumbing company. We had our hot water heater burst in the middle of the night and flood our kitchen. They answered the phone at 1 am and were out in about 45 minutes to shut off the heater. They then showed up early the next day to remove the old heater and replaced it with a new one. After drying out my kitchen and dining area, they then were able to give me a quote to resurface my floors and install new wood trim throughout my dining room.
I would certainly use this company again. They were not only life savers, but very friendly and professional.

More knowledgeable than previous company who failed to fix our complex issue the day before. Forthright had to creatively problem solve under a 911 septic backup and completed the job right away.

Our garbage disposal died, and I called Bay Area Plumbing to fix it. They came out quickly, changed out the garbage disposal in no time, and were very friendly. I have also seen their involvement in the community and am glad to support a great company with a big heart!

Once again, I am so happy I used Alvarez plumbing again!!! Previously, they replaced the ptrap under our tub and replaced our tub, replumbed behind our tub for no extra charge, they’ve replaced the ptrap under our kitchen sink and today Luis Morales came out and cleaned the drain to our tub!! He was super friendly, clean and professional!! Before he left, he gave me drain snakes for my sinks!! I am very happy with this company and the employees they’ve sent out on numerous occasions!! Came out to my house the same day when No Other Plumber could fix my toilet went up on the roof and run the snake to clear the line everything was done very professional the plumber who came out was outstanding I knew exactly what to do and fixed all my problems

I am very satisfied with them. The most recent job they've helped me with was a tricky water leak. Chris worked carefully and deliberately, and took his time to investigate the root cause over several days. What looked like an expensive leak from a pipe inside a wall turned out to be a much simpler shower drain issue. Chris' careful approach saved me a ton of money and unnecessary work. It was a pleasure communicating with Chris throughout the process. I will be pleased to work with them again in the future.
