Best New Installation in Tampa FL

Needed a new water heater. Neighbor recommend Charles Hero Plumbing. Called and spoke with Linda at their office. She couldn't be nicer. Kent the owner got on the phone to guide me through determining what type of water heater was best. He even offered to and did come out to the home to see what I had and make sure what we planned on installing would fit in the space. I also asked him to take a look at some problem faucets in the home which he did without hesitation or charge (some companies charge a diagnostic fee). This all took place on Monday. It is now Friday and my new water heater is installed, permits were pulled and closed out and I am back up and running. The entire process couldn't have been easier. Two staff plumbers plus Kent the owner all showed up to do the job. They were in and out in 1:30 minutes and left the place spotless. To top if off they were the cheapest ($912.30 installed for a 50 gallon tall electric water heater). So to sum it up, they were the cheapest yet provided the best customer service and were extremely efficient from start to finish. They are long-time local plumbing company, not a sales company that does plumbing services which seems to be the new business model. They charge by the hour on most work not by the job so you don't get overcharged for simple repairs like faucets and toilets. After vetting out four other plumbers (think pink, red, gray, and a big orange box store), I am happy to say that I have found a go to plumber going forward in Charles Hero plumbing. The worker were experience and explained the steps they were taken to make me feel comfortable with them been in my home. If I had questions about anything they'd take the time to make sure I understood what they were doing. They made it a smooth process and exchange of the air-conditioning.

Adam was professional, fixed our septic tank and got us up and running again quickly. Would definitely recommend.

We hired Gas Works to connect the natural gas from the house to an outdoor grill. They were very responsive from the beginning and all the way through. They were quick to schedule the work and the pricing was very appropriate. The two gentlemen that showed up to do the work were excellent; on time, professional, friendly, knew exactly what they were there to do and how they were going to do it. They completed the job quickly and to our satisfaction.

Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

2021 - Larson Plumbing did a great job for me again. I changed out 2 vanity’s that had 2 sinks in 1st vanity and 1 in the 2nd vanity. I followed the installation instructions that came with the faucets and mounted them to the vanity tops. Then I hooked up the supply and drain lines which took some modifications because they did not line up like the previous sinks/vanity’s. After 3 trips to Lowes and multiple tries, I had issues/leaks with all 3 sinks in different places. I reached out to Larson Plumbing which I have used in the past 2020 and scheduled a service call for my home. They put me on schedule quickly and sent Roy out to my home. In roughly 3 hours he took apart what I did incorrectly and reinstalled it the correct way. He explained what he did, was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Another fantastic job completed by Larson Plumbing. I am a fan and they can use me as a reference anytime.

2020 - Larson Plumbing just completed a project for me. Chris helped me with design, layout and fixture selection recommendations. This involved an ADA compliant bathroom that we had no idea what is needed. He provided recommendations on size of drain line and supply side pipe options and benefits. The employees he sent to our home were very professions, polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves daily. The whole process went better than expected and I will recommend Larson Plumbing to friends, family or anyone else I speak with that is looking for a good plumbing company. I was referred to Cyclone by a friend who had large renovations done to his home previously. Tom came out and inspected the plumbing issue that I had reported with my home which included slow draining, occasional backups, and a smell coming from underneath our home (1920's bungalow in Seminole Heights). He quickly set a follow up appointment to have their team do a more accurate inspection to ensure we knew exactly what needed to be done. After we knew all of the issues that needed to be repaired, Tom gave me a straight forward and very fair price for work that would completely fix our plumbing issues. At no point was there any up-selling or pressure to add more services. He simply asked me after the full evaluation what would you like from us? They fixed exactly what they promised and didn't add any surprise fees or cost at the end. One thing that stood out for us is Cyclone never charged us until the job was complete, this includes the two times they came out before starting work to ensure that we knew what the source of the problems were. Most other companies will charge you just to come out and say hi. These guys are local and were very knowledgeable of the type of construction and common issues with this style home. My wife and I are very happy and would absolutely use them in the future with any other services we need that they offer.

Hands down the best plumbing company in the area! They are professional, honest and go above and beyond for the customer. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I was dealing with a large company (Olin) prior to meeting Ricky and his team and didn’t realize how much money and time I was wasting. I live in an old bungalow with original plumbing and needed my drain lines completely redone and repiping under my house. They completed the work for less than half the price of what I was quoted for by Olin and they far exceeded my expectation. If you need major work done on your home, this is the company to go with!
