Unfortunately I have to give this business a 1 star review for being shady and manipulative with an invoice. I was given a price for a job with a cap amount of $400.00. When the bill came back over they refused to remove the difference. Way too much to install a faucet anyway. Highly regret using this company at all.

Rob arrived when he said and was professional and informative. Did a cleaning and flush of my A/C. After 24 hours finally feeling some relief.

Called yesterday for routine maintenance and had a tech out today. Carlos was professional and by far the friendliest AC person I’ve ever encountered. He completed general maintenance efficiently and quickly. He took the air handler apart to inspect and provided basic education when I asked questions. I will certainly use B&B for any future maintenance needs and won’t hesitate to use for repairs or replacement in the future if needed!

They lied and told mbe they could not rod my pipes, but charged me anyway. Another plumber came and fixed the problem by rodding my drains.

Aaron Dill, with Williams Plumbing, and his team did an amazing job installing a tankless water heater in our personal residence. Aaron came out for the estimate and explained the process in detail. We had four estimates and he was the only plumber that would go on our roof to install the vent himself, saving us hundreds of dollars. Other plumbers required a roofer to do the vent work. He also was very intentional about placing the vent so it is not very visible from the front of the house. His attention to the small details during the estimate and while the work was performed was much appreciated. I highly recommend Aaron and Williams Plumbing.
