Best New Construction Commercial Plumbing in Tampa FL

I was standing outside talking about the problem with my neighbor they pulled up 10 min after I called them!!!

Unfortunately I have to give this business a 1 star review for being shady and manipulative with an invoice. I was given a price for a job with a cap amount of $400.00. When the bill came back over they refused to remove the difference. Way too much to install a faucet anyway. Highly regret using this company at all.

Traveled from Tampa to brooksville for some reason and wanted $385 to fix a pipe under the mobile home. Wanted to charge a lot for going under the home and going to lowes to get the part and the shark bite tool needed apparently? It’s a few inches of pipe. Ended up calling local company and will fix it for less than pennies.

Always on time every time. When ever I set up a appointment. They give a mall window of arrival and they always show up on time! They are reliable, professional and trustworthy. I've been working with Llona plumbing for a few years now and highly recommend them to clients and past clients in need of plumbing services.

This is probably the worst plumbing company in Tampa.

I hired them to do rough and finish plumbing for a complete condo renovation in a tower on Bayshore. They were about $3,000 higher than the next highest estimate but came recommended by building maintenance.

There was drama from the beginning. They only recommended Delta products and I received resistance immediately after expressing that I wanted another brand. The person managing the job was rude and poor-mouthed the other clients in the building. He poor-mouthed me to the other contractors on the job. During rough plumbing, he mounted a valve body too far out on the wall. When I asked him to mount it in the correct position, he said simply “no”. He was dismissive and rude when discussing any aspect of the job. While working on finish plumbing, he dropped a tool behind the wall and crudely cut an opening in painted and finished drywall to retrieve it. I would have bought him a new tool rather than repair the wall.

When I called the company to complain, they told me that they would not complete the job and I had to find another plumber and have the permits changed.

That was the worst experience that I have had with a plumber.

We had David DeLorenzo come out to fix our AC unit that was not kicking on. He arrived quickly after calling to request service and was quick to diagnose it quickly and get us back online in no time. I would highly recommend Alvarez to anyone!

He came to check why the laundry faucet doesn’t have water pressure, (He change the hoses without letting me now) and tell me that I need a new faucet and He will come back to install it. Charge me $289.00 didn’t fix my problem and now I have to call him again to pay for the installation another $300.00 plus what I pay already for the faucet $160.00.
I will not recommend this company!

I don't get why this has all the good reviews. I went with them to provide designs for an addition I wanted but the guy who I worked with didn't seem interested to help me speak to the engineer to make sure the plans were done. He also didn't provide a good estimate of the engineering plan cost. It ended up being 4x higher than the initial fee. It wasn't a good experience and I decided to not move forward with them to provide cost of addition construction.

Great and honest guy. It seemed when he got here my clogged toilet wasn't clogged anymore. However he stayed and flushed quite a few times only to discover it was still clogged. It was a deep clog and he had to fix it from the outside of my home. I'm so glad he was able to fix it!

I have used Dyson Plumbing for the past 12 years. They are the BEST. Their employees are EXPERT in all aspects of Plumbing and they are very courteous. For our 4 homes, Dyson is the only company we use now for all of our plumbing issues. I highly recommend Dyson Plumbing🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Their communication is stellar. They are timely and made great efforts meet schedule they promised. All of this was overshadowed by charging a fee for the service and product that is almost twice as much as other companies. I told them I would go through with the install since they committed to us in their schedule, I would commit to their service even though the price was so out of bounds. I tried to get a break down from the installer based on the product and install fee, but the breakdown was never made clear to me, which was frustrating. It was only reiterated that even though I thought it was expensive, this is their up front pricing policy and it should basically be sufficient enough to either accept or decline. I felt the right thing to do was to go ahead and do it. I would just caution you, if you assume the pricing is going to be on par with other companies like theirs, don’t. The installer was very fast, and very polite and professional. Nothing about our conversations were contentious at all, but I was certainly taken aback and very frustrated. The technician, John, handled my frustrations very well. The reason for my rating is quite simple. I’m never one to go for the cheapest bid. But I think there is a time when service and cost don’t equate to value, and a 60-70% increase is certainly outside that window. EDIT: Based on the review response, I felt I needed to be specific on the value despite the fact it was never broken down for me when requested. Their technician was there under an hour. Less the cost of the product they installed, their labor fee was the equivalent to $300/hour. Williams also said that included a 90-day warranty. I've reached out to others who have stated that their fee would have included protecting their work within 90 days without hesitation. Others also would not have charged more than an hourly rate if they were not there so long.

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the day and someone came out in no time!! very friendly and knowledgable!! Fixed us right up! Thank you so much!
