Had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired. Easy to schedule. Did a quality repair job for a good price. Very nice technician. Would definitely use their services the next time I have plumbing needs. Much better than the other plumbing companies I have worked with in the past.

Tom at Cyclone plumbing has done quite a bit of work for my wife and I. They do some really quality work and have affordable pricing. We have had them do everything from unclogging a pipe to working with us on a bathroom renovation. We have been incredibly happy with all the work and I would definitely recommend them.

He is courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely conscientious in the way he works.LLONA PLUMBING has handled all my plumbing issues for many years now and they are most definitely a top notch company. On June 18, I sent a service request to Bay Area Plumbing because my tenant had a problem with her commode, and I was out of town so I couldn't look at it. Two days later, she still hadn't heard from them. I instructed my tenant to give them a call. She e-mailed me on June 22 to let me know that she had spoken with them the day before and that they would get back with me. I had no phone service where I was, so I borrowed a friend's cell phone to call them and ask if they could e-mail an estimate to me since I had no phone service at the time. The lady in the office agreed to this; however, the service men ignored our agreement and contacted my husband, who doesn't even own the house, to get approval to make the repairs. When I reminded them of our agreement, his response was It is hard to communicate via email. Obviously, they had no intention of honoring our agreement. He offered to remove the new parts and replace with the old ones, but said I would still have to pay the service fee of $49. I probably wouldn't even have used them if they had been honest about the estimate. Then to top it off, I was billed $225 to replace a fill valve and flapper valve. I wouldn't recommend Bay Area Plumbing to anyone.

James and Barry came out to fix my toilet, due to a minor leak. They were timely(didn’t just sit around to get paid), efficient and so professional! If def refer them to anyone needing plumbing assistance. ☺️

He came to check why the laundry faucet doesn’t have water pressure, (He change the hoses without letting me now) and tell me that I need a new faucet and He will come back to install it. Charge me $289.00 didn’t fix my problem and now I have to call him again to pay for the installation another $300.00 plus what I pay already for the faucet $160.00.
I will not recommend this company!

Today Howard pressure washed the back of my home so well I couldn't have done it better myself and I am a perfectionist. There was mold covering everything, a spiral staircase, concrete pillars, the white rought iron fence...all spotless! He worked non stop until the job was complete. All of the guys at this company are super nice and trustworthy.

Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.

They are dependable and on time. If there's an issue or if you have a concern they are going to addeess it. Joey and his team were friendly and knowledgeable. Everything went as planned for our sewer repair and reroute. It was messy job but they took care of it and made sure we were happy with the finished product. We would recommend them and use them again.

Cant rate a no star, incompetent

Great and honest guy. It seemed when he got here my clogged toilet wasn't clogged anymore. However he stayed and flushed quite a few times only to discover it was still clogged. It was a deep clog and he had to fix it from the outside of my home. I'm so glad he was able to fix it!

July 2023 - great service from Robert L., this morning. The membership club includes a yearly plumbing inspection and he got right to work ensuring everything was in good working order, and repaired a pop-up on my bathroom sink. This company is one of the best I've ever dealt with.January 2023 - still one of the best, most customer-oriented companies I've worked with. Cleaned the drain in my kitchen that was stopping up. Quick, and went the extra mile by explaining everything and how I can help myself avoid this in the future by running hot water and soap to clear out grease. Kurtis was super-professional and helpful.January 2022 - I bet you're tired of this review. I'm not. These guys are worth the little bit of time to leave glowing comments. Michael showed up and gave my AC system a once over. Gave me some recommendations and was incredibly professional and quick. Work with a company you can TRUST.July 2021 - Still my go-to team.
