Called to snake kitchen drain. Was told I would be informed when they were on the way. Called when they arrived at the house. Told me it was 330 to snake drain. I told them the management company probably wouldn’t approve that amount but I would call them. He immediately got rude and hateful and said he wasn’t waiting around if they weren’t going to approve it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Rude and disrespectful and they’ve don’t do what they say.
He said I’m not charging you an Afterhours fee however he was wanting to charge 330 for a simple kitchen drain snake. What a joke!

We were so please to have had our sink installed after a week or two of our old one not working. I was rather happily moved by the lovely handwritten thank you letter that Mike & Kristy sent, and even more so by our gorgeous new work sink! While I don’t leave many reviews credit is due where services are superb, thank you for truly demonstrating great customer engagement as well as taking the time to develop future returning customers. You guys are doing great work.

I was referred to Cyclone by a friend who had large renovations done to his home previously. Tom came out and inspected the plumbing issue that I had reported with my home which included slow draining, occasional backups, and a smell coming from underneath our home (1920's bungalow in Seminole Heights). He quickly set a follow up appointment to have their team do a more accurate inspection to ensure we knew exactly what needed to be done. After we knew all of the issues that needed to be repaired, Tom gave me a straight forward and very fair price for work that would completely fix our plumbing issues. At no point was there any up-selling or pressure to add more services. He simply asked me after the full evaluation what would you like from us? They fixed exactly what they promised and didn't add any surprise fees or cost at the end. One thing that stood out for us is Cyclone never charged us until the job was complete, this includes the two times they came out before starting work to ensure that we knew what the source of the problems were. Most other companies will charge you just to come out and say hi. These guys are local and were very knowledgeable of the type of construction and common issues with this style home. My wife and I are very happy and would absolutely use them in the future with any other services we need that they offer.

Highly recommend! Josh was super helpful while fixing my drain clog after hours. He talked me through the process of what he would be doing and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes.
