As far as residential is concerned, look elsewhere. After their work we had 3 gas leaks, clogged sewage, tub that separated from floor (was never even used) and the surcharge on supplies was outrageous.

I already had two quotes from different plumbers when a neighbor gave me Mitchells card and told me that Excellent did work in several of the neighbors houses. We did a house rework and had the old galvanized plumbing replaced. These guys did the whole thing. They finished earlier than they estimated and helped with an additional tub issue while they were on site as well. We couldn't have been happier to have this project we were concerned about get done so well and so affordable. Definitely recommend!

My water heater, which was previously installed by everydayplumber.com about 2.5 years ago, busted and leaked all over the place. When I called, they sent someone out within a few hours the same day and he was very helpful and professional. Diagnosed the issue and worked with the manufacturer to get a new water heater covered 100% on the warranty and got it installed the same afternoon. Gave a fair price for the installation work. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Highly Recommend this company. I had a leaking Spigot on the outside of my home that ended up leaking between the walls and flooding my bathroom and bedroom. I called The Clean Plumber and they sent their Tech out on a Sunday morning to fix my problem. Paul Ron was my tech and you could not ask for a better representative for your company. He had to work outside on his knees in the rain to repair my problem and did it all very professionally without complaining about the elements. He was courteous and thorough, answering all my questions and making sure everything worked well before leaving. I was so impressed with Paul that I asked for him specifically a few weeks later when I needed a new kitchen faucet installed. Again, Paul did a great job! He is an outstanding tech and really understands customer service!
