2021 - Larson Plumbing did a great job for me again. I changed out 2 vanity’s that had 2 sinks in 1st vanity and 1 in the 2nd vanity. I followed the installation instructions that came with the faucets and mounted them to the vanity tops. Then I hooked up the supply and drain lines which took some modifications because they did not line up like the previous sinks/vanity’s. After 3 trips to Lowes and multiple tries, I had issues/leaks with all 3 sinks in different places. I reached out to Larson Plumbing which I have used in the past 2020 and scheduled a service call for my home. They put me on schedule quickly and sent Roy out to my home. In roughly 3 hours he took apart what I did incorrectly and reinstalled it the correct way. He explained what he did, was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Another fantastic job completed by Larson Plumbing. I am a fan and they can use me as a reference anytime.

2020 - Larson Plumbing just completed a project for me. Chris helped me with design, layout and fixture selection recommendations. This involved an ADA compliant bathroom that we had no idea what is needed. He provided recommendations on size of drain line and supply side pipe options and benefits. The employees he sent to our home were very professions, polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves daily. The whole process went better than expected and I will recommend Larson Plumbing to friends, family or anyone else I speak with that is looking for a good plumbing company. I was referred to Cyclone by a friend who had large renovations done to his home previously. Tom came out and inspected the plumbing issue that I had reported with my home which included slow draining, occasional backups, and a smell coming from underneath our home (1920's bungalow in Seminole Heights). He quickly set a follow up appointment to have their team do a more accurate inspection to ensure we knew exactly what needed to be done. After we knew all of the issues that needed to be repaired, Tom gave me a straight forward and very fair price for work that would completely fix our plumbing issues. At no point was there any up-selling or pressure to add more services. He simply asked me after the full evaluation what would you like from us? They fixed exactly what they promised and didn't add any surprise fees or cost at the end. One thing that stood out for us is Cyclone never charged us until the job was complete, this includes the two times they came out before starting work to ensure that we knew what the source of the problems were. Most other companies will charge you just to come out and say hi. These guys are local and were very knowledgeable of the type of construction and common issues with this style home. My wife and I are very happy and would absolutely use them in the future with any other services we need that they offer.

Tampa Plumbing Company provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. We had a significant leak in our kitchen and our tech David (who remembered us from prior service) showed up promptly and quickly fixed the leak. Great guy! Also, the price charged made me feel like a valued long time customer. Nothing but good things to say about this company!

Broke shower can’t use at all

The team at Bay Area Plumbing handled a big job at my home professionally and in a very timely manner. I hired them to install two new tankless gas hot water heaters at my home and to run new gas piping to four other appliance locations on my property. Since this was also a new gas meter install the job required coordination with TECO. Bay Area Plumbing handled all of the paperwork with TECO, the permits with the city, and all of the rebate and financing options available for new gas installs. The entire job was done extremely well from start to finish and all of the different steps were well coordinated.
During this process, I also discovered that there was a plumbing leak in one of my bathrooms. The Bay Area Plumbing team was able to very quickly get that leak repaired and still stay on schedule for my gas install job.
I will be using Bay Area Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone.

Called multiple plumbing business to see who could get to my house the fasted on a Saturday for my plumbing need. Well I was told by this company they could get here between 8am-10am. Received a call around 9am saying they had to push it back to 12am to 2pm. I understood it was a Saturday and they got backed up. But then came 4pm still no service called biz for response said possible 6:30pm. I asked should I except service today? They assured me they would get to me. Well 8pm past and still no service or call to tell me they weren’t going to make it. Wasted my whole day waiting and wasting time my time with trying to work with this company. Worst part about it was the poor coummication, nobody called me or emailed me to follow up nor did they offer to see someone at first thing in the morning the next day. Very poor customer service will not be using this biz in the future nor will I ever recommend them. Very disappointing.
