We have used Larson plumbing twice in 6 weekends for two different issues. Both times they were prompt, responsive and did excellent work. Very professional company and gave me quotes on a large job before starting, causing me to change my approach to solve our plumbing issue. Would highly recommend! Roy is the best service guy! This is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Their prices are high and they do NOT return calls promptly. It's bad enough when you have to call a plumber, but this level of humiliation is unreal. I would definitely stay far away from this company.

We had a major leak coming from the main valve to the house, and Tyler was able to dig for the leak in concrete, which was not originally expected of him, but he went and did it anyways, located the leak and was able to fix it and turn the water back on within a day. Tyler is an example of great work ethic and character and was willing to go the extra mile answering questions and repeatedly had a great attitude and attention to detail. He explained what was to be done and worked a difficult situation when we were not exactly certain where the leak was coming from.
He communicated the whole process step by step and explained what needed to be done to both myself and my husband who was out of town during this time.

My water was on again within two days and for what service we received was worth every penny spent. Additionally, he worked two other smaller jobs at my house, which needed to be done that were not a priority, but was able to fit that in.
We were very grateful to have Tyler as our plumber and will be using your services again in the future.

Tampa Plumbing Company provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. We had a significant leak in our kitchen and our tech David (who remembered us from prior service) showed up promptly and quickly fixed the leak. Great guy! Also, the price charged made me feel like a valued long time customer. Nothing but good things to say about this company!

I was disappointed with Plumbing Today when they came out to provide me with a quote for two toilet installations. To purchase a low end toilet from Plumbing Today with installation and a Maintenance Agreement was $1,700. The cost for this senior citizen on a fixed income was excessively high. I am looking for other resources that is more senior friendly.
