Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

Super nice, professional plumber. We were told by multiple plumbers that we needed our water heater replaced. Drain Flo's estimate was the lowest. My wife picked them, not because of that, but because they were the friendliest, and just seemed like good people.

Their work was clean and efficient. Honestly, I couldn't believe how quietly they worked. I was watching the Rays in the World Series, and they were installing the heater in a connected room. I hardly knew they were there! And they followed up quickly when we had a minor issue after installation.

We're keeping Drain Flo's number for the next time we need a plumber.

Have already written a positive review for flow pro’s in the past but just had another job done today and wanted to again say what great work they do. Always extremely professional, on time and quality work at a fair price. This time they replaced an outdoor water spicket that was extremely old, embedded in the wall and unable to be used. Within an hour our excellent tech Drae had it replaced and working great. They always leave their work area cleaner than when they came! Strongly recommend for any plumbing needs you have!

Originally gave me an appointment for Tuesday, March 2 from 1:00pm-2:00pm. Then, I got a call saying the technician was going to be late because he was tied up. So they moved the appointment to 2:00pm-4:00pm. At 4:00pm no word and no technician. I called the office and couldn't find anyone to speak with. Called about 5 times before I finally found someone, then I was placed on hold and I got hung-up on. I kept calling and I finally found someone and was told the technician would come between 4:00pm-5:00pm. It was a frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Have used Maurici Plumbing on several occasions. They are knowledgeable, professional and their rates are affordable. The only plumbers that could diagnose and fix my plumbing issues. Highly recommend this company.

We had an amazing plumber, Scott Bowers, who was thoroughly, quick, and really knew what to do to bring proper order back to the disaster we felt we had. He was not alarmed at all and soon had us all put back together. We asked him if he could do a few smaller tasks and Scott said no problem and before one could blink an eye, the job was complete.If we need a plumber in the future, we will be requesting Scott.Thank you Scott Bowers for work well done!
