Best Hour Plumbing in Tampa FL

Unfortunately I have to give this business a 1 star review for being shady and manipulative with an invoice. I was given a price for a job with a cap amount of $400.00. When the bill came back over they refused to remove the difference. Way too much to install a faucet anyway. Highly regret using this company at all.

Scoped a sewer line as suggested by my home inspector durring a limited inspection period that fell over the 4th of July weekend. Monday the 5th I had my report before noon. Thank you Jeremy for excellent customer service!

Great place to start a career.

Had a service tech show up to video our pipes to see if we had a problem. The tech then showed me where there was a problem and put a flag where it was, he then explained that they would fix it and how much. Also he recommended a cleaning of the pipes. Grand total almost $4000.00. When I went outside to show my husband the flag was gone. I looked like an idiot. I called and asked for the flag to be replaced. Was told they would be back out to replace it and it shouldn’t have been removed. Called the following day and was told the same thing. Now it’s day 3 and the flag is still not there. Make me think it’s some kind of scam to get homeowners to pay for services not needed. Beware of this company something is very shady about them. If you can’t do the little things makes me wonder what would happen with the big things.

I cannot say enough great things about these guys! Plumbing problems are always emergencies and these guys treated it like one. They were punctual (calling 30 minutes before arrival), professional and I cannot stress this enough - CLEAN! I think they left my bathroom cleaner than they found it. Very nice guys to work with, Charles, Stone & John would be welcome in my home anytime. They assessed my situation and found a way to solve my problem very quickly. They were able to go in and fix work that was messed up by another company. I would definitely recommend BAY AREA PLUMBING and use them again if the need arises.

Paul came to our home to basically hook up our entire kitchen. He took the time to explain everything and it was very evident that he took care of the little details that most people miss. We are very pleased with our service and will continue to use The Clean Plumbers in the future.

Jared showed up the morning of the 4th of July and did great work to clean out blocked sewer lines. When I reached out to him, he replied right away and was incredibly prompt. He was very professional, courteous, and reasonable in his pricing. I would highly recommend!

Sam was awesome! He replaced 2 sinks and 2 faucets in our bathrooms. Sam is very respectful and takes pride in his work. He double checked to make sure he purchased the faucets we wanted. Before he left Sam triple-checked the bathrooms to make sure there were no leaks. I would highly recommend using Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs.
