Unfortunately I have to give this business a 1 star review for being shady and manipulative with an invoice. I was given a price for a job with a cap amount of $400.00. When the bill came back over they refused to remove the difference. Way too much to install a faucet anyway. Highly regret using this company at all.

I found a leak in my upstairs bathtub. I called True Plumber on Saturday morning and spoke with the on call representative. About 30 minutes later Joel with True Plumber called me. He was very friendly and informed me there would be a $100 charge for coming out. He also informed me he was wrapping up another job and would be be at my home within an hour. Joel was very friendly upon arrival and informed me he had a co-worker Chad who would be on his way as well. Joel informed me Chad was very friendly and had been with the company for quite sometime and could assist me with the dry wall damage. Joel did a quick look over and pulled out a price book. He believed the job would be about $650 plus $100 service fee. Joel went to work quickly he created an access hole behind the tub to get to the pipe and one on the lower floor below the tub. He filled the tub, and found the leak, he replaced the pipe and refilled the tub to test the leak was repaired. I was also pleased that Joel created an access door behind the tub. This meant I did not need dry wall repair behind the tub and I would have permanent access to the pipe. He was diligent to take photos during the process and to ensure problem was resolved. Joel also cleaned up after himself.

This is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Their prices are high and they do NOT return calls promptly. It's bad enough when you have to call a plumber, but this level of humiliation is unreal. I would definitely stay far away from this company.

Llona is everything you want in a plumbing service. It's easy to make an appointment, they are available 24/7, the call-backs are quick and courteous. They arrive when they say they will, and are respectful of your home (laying down mats for their work area and entryways). We've used them twice- to replace a broken pipe, and clear out a nasty kitchen sink clog- and I'll use them again if needed.

I called at 8:30 am for our sink problem, they arrived at 9:15 am, and I was washing dishes by 11 am. Would highly recommend them for anyone!

I highly recommend this plumber for everything they did, I am impressed they were professional, clean, and ask my opinions on everything that was suggested was perfect . And it's on top of all that they made sure that I was comfortable for what they were doing and was not overly Inconvenienced doing service. So yes I would highly suggest them as future plumbers for me and anybody else I know.

I read some of the other reviews and I want to preface that I am not an employee, I am a SAHM of 2 little boys. My toddler flushed baby wipes and clogged the toilet, I tried plunging and a short 3 foot auger and still couldn't get it unblocked. I called around, Maurici plumbing quoted me the best price over the phone, it ended up being cheaper AND he gave me a $20 off coupon!! The service was quick and friendly, plus I requested next day service and I got a call that one of their plumbers was on his way home a few minutes away and would stop by to do it tonight no extra charge! I will use this company again in the future

I had a plumbing emergency one evening. The repairman, Richard G., came to my house well before his estimated time of arrival, which was great! He assessed the problem and went right to work on it. Richard worked quickly and carefully, and I soon had water flowing from my faucets again. Richard G is not only a knowledgeable technician, but a very pleasant and courteous gentleman with which to do business. I would use Olin's services and request Richard every time I needed a plumbing problem fixed. I am very satisfied.

Came out to my house the same day when No Other Plumber could fix my toilet went up on the roof and run the snake to clear the line everything was done very professional the plumber who came out was outstanding I knew exactly what to do and fixed all my problems

They replaced my water heater quickly and easy with no problem and had the best deal for the job thankfully I found them

Horrible experience. We were advised we had a blockage and the camera could not pass through the blockage in the pipe. The plumber suggested we try a procedure that would cost 1550.00. When we contacted the company again- we were told the camera could not pass due to an “angle” issue and not a blockage.
*called a different plumber two hours later and they were able to pass the camera through the pipe and find the problem. I would strongly advise to stay away from this company.
