I can’t say enough good things about Premium Plumbing! I needed a plumbing inspection quickly for a homeowners insurance policy. Their response time was very quick. The people I interacted with were professional and knowledgeable. The communication was great. I had a time sensitive issue with a very picky insurance company. Chris Reid- the plumbing technician was very responsive to me and accommodating with what the insurance on their specific requests. He also did some light plumbing work to make sure what I had on my water heater was up to code. Megan in the office returned my calls and was very helpful with my situation! I highly recommend Premium Plumbing!

Bruce and his team were very professional and respectful naive to our inquiries. The plumber Stephen was great . I would recommend this company to others for repiping.

Typical plumber, crack and all. Charged $169 to tell me to order parts (faucet cartridge) and told me they'd cut me a break on return visit as it would only take 2 minutes. When I called back, they wanted $169 and that was a 'break.'

It's unfortunate you have to lie to cover up a poor, well deserved review. The water softener setting was changed from 8 to 20 - a few clicks of a button. There was no water check and consequently, the salt was also incorrectly set to potassium salt. And although I did mention I bought from a friend at Winn Supply, I called Toto for part as directed by your plumber. When the part was installed, by a 'competent' plumber, he stated the part was not needed and the difficulty in moving the handle was due to calcium buildup - something that would have taken your plumber 2 minutes to identify if he actually removed the handle.
I did not dispute initial the trip charge of $169. I was told by your plumber that he would cut me a break on charges to install the cartridge as they were there for less than 15 minutes. The rest was noted in my original review.

Chuck's Plumbing is a good company that provides quick, professional service at a reasonable price. Mike and Chris (Chuck's Plumbing employees) arrived at our home on the time that was promised. They were friendly, well informed workers that did the job quickly and efficiently. They were neat and left our bathroom as clean as it was before they started working. I would strongly recommend Chuck's Plumbing to anyone that needs plumbing work.

Frank arrived on time, was personable and very thorough in getting the job done. I would use him again.
