Excellent plumbing is an amazing company. Unfortunately I’ve had to have a plumber come out a few times. They are always on time, always fix the problem and I do believe that there rates are very reasonable!!! I would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!!! Definitely 5 stars!!!!

I've been a residential customer of Llona plumbing for ten years and over those years they've serviced a couple of my properties. Recently at my home I needed service on a tankless water that they've serviced twice previously without incident but for this service call I was disappointed that Lloan refused to service my water heater. The first person I spoke too said they would rather replace the unit with a tank heater. That wasn't the answer I was expecting, so I got a call back a few minutes later telling me they don't service my type of water heater anymore because it cost too much for the customer and that they don't have a skilled tech to work on it. Llona was unable to refer me to someone else and told me sorry. While leaving me and my family of five in the cold. Not the level of service I expected from them. Now I'm shopping for a new plumbing company to begin a relationship with. I see a lot of positive feedback which is good but I would strongly encourage you to get a second opinion before committing to Llona plumbing.

Had our disposal go out late at night and called for a plumber to come out next day. Patrick came out and fixed our broken disposal within 30 minutes. Was professional, quick and no mess left behind. I would use every day plumber again for any type of plumbing needs we have in the future .
