Unfortunately I have to give this business a 1 star review for being shady and manipulative with an invoice. I was given a price for a job with a cap amount of $400.00. When the bill came back over they refused to remove the difference. Way too much to install a faucet anyway. Highly regret using this company at all.

If you're looking for technicians for plumbing work/repair PJ & John are the guys for the job. If I need any HVAC system maintenance again I'll ask for them by name, good dudes with great work ethics/moral compass. I highly recommend John & PJ.

It was Friday evening and I called to confirm my appointment for that evening. My appointment had been changed without my knowledge to the next day by the warrenty company. The heat was unbearable in my house and I had already spent one night without any AC and there were no other appointments available for that evening. The operations manager Marcus went out of his way to come to my house when he left work to look at my AC. Luckily he had the part and it was a simple fix. He didn’t have to accommodate me, especially on a Friday evening but he didn’t hesitate to help me.
I can’t say enough about his professionalism and he is a true asset to his company.

I’ve used Excellent Plumbing Services a number of times. They have replaced my old hot water tank with a new tankless system. Today they replaced all the plumbing fixtures in our shower/bathtub. They are truly excellent in quality of work and responsiveness to their customer. Recommend then highly.

STP has been amazing in both the quality of work and service. We’ve had some small emergencies and both times STP came quickly and fixed the issues. Do not use this company. This company came to unclog a toilet and run a camera and did not provide a written report or pictures and charged $588.00. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor and he stated that he would send his Technician Jose back out to provide pictures or a recording of the scope the next day. Well today Jose called and was very rude and patronizing and hung up on me. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor to let him know that I was going to dispute the charge because we did not get a report and he was loud and rude and stated they deal with people disputed their charges all of the time, which says a lot about this company. Do yourself a favor and never call this company for anything.

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

I've been a residential customer of Llona plumbing for ten years and over those years they've serviced a couple of my properties. Recently at my home I needed service on a tankless water that they've serviced twice previously without incident but for this service call I was disappointed that Lloan refused to service my water heater. The first person I spoke too said they would rather replace the unit with a tank heater. That wasn't the answer I was expecting, so I got a call back a few minutes later telling me they don't service my type of water heater anymore because it cost too much for the customer and that they don't have a skilled tech to work on it. Llona was unable to refer me to someone else and told me sorry. While leaving me and my family of five in the cold. Not the level of service I expected from them. Now I'm shopping for a new plumbing company to begin a relationship with. I see a lot of positive feedback which is good but I would strongly encourage you to get a second opinion before committing to Llona plumbing.

I reached out to Ricky, owner of Forthright Plumbing in distress regarding some plumbing that was done incorrectly by someone else. Ricky arranged for Jason & his partner to come the very next day. The repairs included Rough & trim plumbing for a shower and bath tub area. The following day the bathrooms were tiled etc, so I really appreciated his prompt service. Jason was extremely professional & pleasant (He puts his heart into his work) His partner was pleasant as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience & quality work. I would definitely recommend.
