Got an appointment same day. They pumped my septic, explained about the drain field issues and gave me recommendations on where we could place a new one. Took them about an hour to get my septic pumped.

I have *never* seen a faster response from any kind of service provider, much less a plumber after hours. We were new customers, and within 20 minutes had a nice, clean, and knowledgeable plumber at our house snaking our line. Service done, VERY reasonable invoice paid for, and plumber out the door within an hour. It was a dream... well, as much as needing a plumber can be a dream. We actually had them come back the following week to ensure all our toilets seals were intact to avoid future issues, and it was the same experience again.
