I got a few recommendations and called Alvarez. Rihanna answered the phone. She explained that they charge a $49 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you use them for the repair. I expressed that I was not comfortable with this idea. I had never used them before and I wasn’t sure if they just give me an outrageous price. Rihanna empathize with me, waived the potential fee because I was a first time customer and got me a same day appointment. She was lovely.

Then about 2 hours later Ryan arrived at the property. He was awesome. After assessing the situation, he gave me a fair quote and did the job while keeping in contact with me.
