This is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Their prices are high and they do NOT return calls promptly. It's bad enough when you have to call a plumber, but this level of humiliation is unreal. I would definitely stay far away from this company.

They should be called the dangerous plumbers because when they drive their trucks they are texting and other activities on their cell phones instead of paying attention to driving. I was behind one of their trucks going down Linebaugh Ave at about 2:30 / (06/01/2018)-he was doing 15MPH in a 30MPH zone backing up traffic behind him and then stops at a green light at Florida Ave. and just sits there while it later turns yellow and then red- the whole time i could see in his side view mirror he was texting and ignoring me beeping my horn. they are a menace on the road.

Management team. Your Technician- Patrick Hagens is absolutely an amazing individual. Selling a home, he arrived on time, surveyed and was ready to go. He not only was a kind people person. He knew exactly how to fix everything that needed to be fixed in the home from kitchen to bathrooms. Day prior I had a bad experience with a contractor with nothing being fixed, however Patrick Hagens was a great proved that there are great people he truly want to help on this world. If I worked in your industry he would be a guy I would most certainly want to work a long side with and even promote. There was a plumber at my door in less than an hour. They were friendly, efficient, and very conscientious about keeping the house as clean as possible despite having to dig up many, many buckets of dirt. They even did quality work replacing the concrete floor and closet doors. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if I have any plumbing problems in the future.
