Don Showed up 3 hours earlier that the appointment was for, he checked out the problem, ask if he could plug his equipment in and went right to work. My Clogged drain was cleaned out in a matter of 10 to 15 minutes. At a very reasonable price. 1/3 the cost of other plumbers I had called that same day. I would highly recommend these plumbers. 5 Stars.

Loved this company! Came out promptly to give us an estimate which was very fair and was able to fit the job in within less than a week! Work was thorough and very reasonably priced. Had we not used them we likely would have paid 5x for work that was not needed. I would definitely use them again!

Thank God for Jesus and for cass and for Jordan! My apartment hired these guys and these were the third hires after multiple plumbers and 2 weeks of leaks and flooding and a one very expensive insurance claim from me from my rental insurance, they finally hired professionals that got the job done and correctly but most importantly properly.

And they worked amazingly well with children. I have two daughters five and two years old and my two year old got a little anxious when the machines turned on and he allowed me to bring my baby close so that she could see that it was okay. I don’t know if it’s more important to be prompt or professional, but Matt with 1st choice plumbing is both. He took my call and was ready to work immediately. I had gotten quotes for a hot water heater replacement ranging up to $1250+ for a 3-5 hour service. 1st choice was by far the most reasonable and Matt was able to be the job done quickly!

So the plumber came in and checked where the problem is and he called the office and they told him to charge me $220 and after i called them they lowered it to $192 and still didn’t fix the problem and the sewer still backed up and they told me to call the city, So they charged me so much money for nothing.
So the money i paid just to find out what is the problem. They’re very high in prices so I don’t recommend it.

I will billed $1350 total (3 separate invoices) for one of my rental properties, with invoices that were generated manually for work supposedly done 4 months ago, yet no supporting job orders or invoices from the date the work was supposedly actually completed. In other words, fake invoices were generated and billed to me 4 months later, In hopes that I dont Keep track of all of my accounting records all of my properties - very combative and argumentative when addressed - not trust worthy - not to mention some of the dates on the invoices were scratched out and written in by hand with an earlier date, To try to make them look like they were not just manually generated, and that they were from months back, which they were not

I really want to appreciate for great work, very professional and very reasonably prices, always with them, and want to recommend to everyone, believe me, you will be very happy with this company “Sparkle plumbing”.
