I had been using Mitchell's services for more than 4 years in our property management business. I just make a call and his team takes care of everything. Tenants schedules, HOA approvals, once he help me with a repair that was part of an insurance claim regarding a leak from a neighbor plumbing system that affects our landlord's unit, again he took care of everything. I used him twice during the last year in my own property, never an issue. I always recommended his plumbing services.

I was referred to Cyclone by a friend who had large renovations done to his home previously. Tom came out and inspected the plumbing issue that I had reported with my home which included slow draining, occasional backups, and a smell coming from underneath our home (1920's bungalow in Seminole Heights). He quickly set a follow up appointment to have their team do a more accurate inspection to ensure we knew exactly what needed to be done. After we knew all of the issues that needed to be repaired, Tom gave me a straight forward and very fair price for work that would completely fix our plumbing issues. At no point was there any up-selling or pressure to add more services. He simply asked me after the full evaluation what would you like from us? They fixed exactly what they promised and didn't add any surprise fees or cost at the end. One thing that stood out for us is Cyclone never charged us until the job was complete, this includes the two times they came out before starting work to ensure that we knew what the source of the problems were. Most other companies will charge you just to come out and say hi. These guys are local and were very knowledgeable of the type of construction and common issues with this style home. My wife and I are very happy and would absolutely use them in the future with any other services we need that they offer.

As a home inspector it is my job to spot out any plumbing issue for any home owner before purchasing a home. The only plumbing company that I recommend people for any plumbing repair are the guys here at Tampa Plumbers very professional and affordable

Upon discovering this morning that there was NO hot water available, I called immediately. I was told to expect someone between the hours of 12:00-2:00pm. However, the representative arrived around 11:00am and had my tankless water heater up and running seemingly with no problem. I am new to working with this company but have been satisfied with their promptness and dependency from Day 1. Keep up the great work and may God continue to bless you. THANKS.

Highly recommended. I found Bay Area through the TECO water heater program. Mike was very helpful in showing me my options and explaining the details of a tankless water heater. He did an excellent job and it looks extremely professional. Everything went so well I had him do some extra plumbing work and I once again was very pleased with the entire interaction.

Big scam, over charged for garbage disposal and they took my old good one with them. Beware big scam. And they didn’t fix the problem!

They replaced my broken over the stove microwave that I had bought in advance. Techs were attentive, courteous and professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

Be careful with this guy he is a crook his name is Tony Castro dark skin Spanish and English this guy does a lot of cocaine and has a gun in the under his seat of the truck of the van report this been very violent
