We had a water softener system that was breaking down and clogging the faucets throughoo on it the house; we called Joe Cool Plumbing and they sent someone out that afternoon, assesses the problem, ordered parts and replaced the old system the next business day (it was Easter weekend). Serviceman Josh was on time, very professional, answered all our questions, expertly installed the new system and instructed us how to operate the new system before he left. He also removed the entire old system and cleaned up his work area. Great Job Josh! And Thank You Joe Cool!

They do so much more than just ac repair. I had a gas water heater replaced last week. They had me up and running in no time. Everything about the install was great!

Earlier this year we contracted another company to come out and line the cast iron pipes in our home. The company we contracted had made us countless promises, at the end of the day they were not able to finish the job.
