We had a leak that 2 other companies couldn't find. Antonio was able to trouble shoot the problem within an hour and ultimately stopped the leak. Very professional and was upfront about the pricing, which was less than expected. Great service!

After reading the reviews about Red Cap, I figured they would be a great choice to call about my emergency plumbing situation. WRONG!I called in a little after 9pm to report my problem, and the call was picked up after just one ring. The dispatcher told me that she had sent my information on to a plumber and that they would be calling me shortly to discuss pricing and how long until they could be there.I waited well over an hour and a half, in hopes that the plumber was on another job and would be calling me as soon as he was done to come to my home. WRONG AGAIN.It's now been nearly 12 hours since I made the call to Red Cap requesting emergency plumbing service, and I have still not received any sort of contact from them about the job, or informing me that no one will be picking up my job. Luckily, another plumbing company, Mr. Rooter answered my call around 11pm, and send 2 plumbers out before midnight. The job wasn't completed till nearly 2am thanks to the time wasted waiting for Red Cap to return my call.I do not want to make the assumption that all of the other reviews written on here aren't accurate, as Red Cap may be an amazing plumber during regular business hours, but if you are looking for a 24 hour plumber to handle an emergency at your home, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere, as Red Cap has proved themselves to be unreliable and unprofessional in their 24 hour service.

Called late in the day with an AC problem and expected it to be a next day thing, but had a Tech. out within the hour. Both Carlos and Brian were professional and easy to get along with. Will use again if needed in the future. Thanks for your help!

Set appointment was told early am didn’t show up till noon. Was told on the phone they couldn’t give me an estimate or hourly rates. When he the tech arrived he told me it would be $ 543 to replace a bathtub faucet would take less than an hour. I told him that was crazy then he showed me a paper that had all the rates for different types of work. They could have told me on the phone. DONT USE THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST. Had to pay $85 just to tell me the price when they could have told me on the phone. IF POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 stars

Highly recommend for plumbing repairs. Had broken pipes inside a concrete wall and Pro Plumbing fixed the problem and patched the wall. The cost was very reasonable and the repair person was great to work with. Would definitely use them again!
