Our company had a few toilet clog and drain issues as of recently. The company we normally used (based out of Tampa, also a well-known national brand) said the issue was in the lines and gave us a quote of $2,900 for a recommended Descale and HydroJet service. We reached out to a few other companies, and received quotes for the service we were told we needed. Upon speaking Brian and Jerry from PP, we went with PP as they not only worked the most efficiently with our schedule, but had a clear cut proposal that really broke down the price (on what was recommended by the original company we called), and sent the proposal to us within the hour.

Upon arrival, Matt and his apprentice Ben, did not waste any time. They worked together, locating the cleanout to perform a camera service so they could better evaluate the situation prior to execution (super smart, as most companies just dive head-in). After using the camera, Matt went over the results with the head of maintenance and the property manager, showing that there was no build up after all, and explained the issue and the steps to not only prevent the issue but why the issue happened in the first place, and showed him the camera feed as he explained.

If we would have hired the original company, we would have been paying for a service that was not even needed in the first place. Matt from Peninsular Plumbing not only saved us money, but provided honest, friendly, and thorough service. Extremely well rounded company as a whole. Couldn’t be more pleased with the response and service that Natalie and the entire Joe Cool plumbing team provided. Natalie and her colleague arrived quickly to plug a leaky hot water tank, and returned the following morning to replace the tank. They also identified another leak, which I was not aware of, and repaired that as well. The price struck me as fair. Very happy and will recommend Joe Cool to my neighbors and friends.

They do so much more than just ac repair. I had a gas water heater replaced last week. They had me up and running in no time. Everything about the install was great!

John and his team saved the day! We had contracted with another company to line our old, cast-iron pipes and were guaranteed a quick and easy job that would take two days. Two weeks later, only a third of the job had been completed, and was completed poorly at that. John's company was called in to finish the job by the company we had contracted with, since they weren't able to handle our job. I ended up just working directly with John and it was smooth sailing after that. John had to correct the work that had already been done and then finish the rest of the pipes. He was on site each day and was very easy to communicate with. Pricing was VERY fair and ended up costing less than what we were originally quoted by the other company. I highly recommend John, especially if you want it done right the first time!

The team headed by Alan was professional, thorough and affordable. Their helpful attitudes were the best part. We would recommend this plumbing company to everyone!

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

The second time Mr. Jack installed a water heater and I couldn't afford to pay him, Mr. Jack installed the water heater and told me to pay him when I could. That was the last thing I expected him to say and do but he did.

It took me over 4 months to pay Mr. Jack in full and not one time did Mr. Jack call me for a payment.

Sparkle was prompt, knowledgeable, polite and skillful. I was most impressed that they left the work area clean when they were done fixing the pipe. The prices were reasonable and I strongly recommend them. I have utilized their services a number of times and they are consistently excellent.

Do Not Call! I gave 1 stars because the service and Serviceman was great. Senior 'PREDATORY PRICING'.$329 and I paid CASH! We called Saturday morning, not Sunday, not a Holiday! Never even entered the house! Parked in front of the clean-out access, walked 25 feet plugged his rooter in outside outlet on porch, unscrewed the cap and rootered through a 2 foot root clog DONE! 30-40 MIN TOPS! Including unloading/loading rooter equipment and waiting for the bill! When he told me the price I almost fell down!! I even had him call back to explain how simple it was please reconsider I'm a Sr and paying cash! We're on Social Security, this wasn't a small pain. Really Sorry we called.

Do not recomment to anyone, DEFINTENLY needs a new Marketing Team and front office ASAP!
