I have not seen such quality, customer service in a LONG time! Vince is my guy from here on out. He called to let me know he was on the way but was stuck in traffic. He was courteous, respectful, professional, honest, patient, friendly, definitely trustworthy and knowledgeable. Vince took the time to explain to me in detail why caused the three issues and how to avoid them next time. Vince is the epitome of Titan Plumbing & Electric - Honest and Trustworthy. Was very professional and courteous when arrived and did his best to break bad news in a caring and understanding way. Explain that the entire process what would need to be done to fix the situation and length of time that construction would be going on in the house to resolve the issue.

I had called two separate plumbers to analyze my issue. One wanting to tear my floors up to remedy the issue. The other said I would have to contact someone else because a camera was needed because he could not unclog the pipes. A friend recommended I call Trenchlesss. The guys were extremely nice, well mannered and professional. They figured out the issue. I won’t lie, it was complicated. But these guys figured out the way to fix the problem without having to tear up my floors. They took two days to completely resolve the issue, recommended and made some installations to avoid a future issue and when I braced myself for the bill I was pleasantly surprised. I can’t say enough positive remarks about these guys. I highly recommend them, and I rarely will take the time to leave a review. Very happy guy here.

Matt, Stephanie, and their team at Bigos Plumbing were great! We had an emergency plumbing issue and they were able to work their schedule around to fit us in the same day and fix the problem within a couple of days. They not only fixed the problem for the unit that called but they fixed the plumbing for the entire complex. We are so appreciative of the work they did and will definitely call them again for any future jobs. Would definitely recommend them. Stephanie was a delight to speak to over the phone. Even though this was an emergency plumbing issue her voice was very calming and just makes you smile. Thanks guys!!
