Tampa Bay Plumbing saved the day! It was the middle of the week on my way to work when I saw the flood in the garage. I realized it was coming from the water heater. We had it installed through Tampa Bay Plumbing 1 1/2 ago. I called them as soon as I got into work. I spoke with one of the dispatchers and explained that I wouldn’t be able to get home till 3 o’clock. It was then after another call that the owner of Tampa Bay plumbing called me back. It seems like in today’s society it’s so difficult to find a company that will stand behind their business. I was so impressed and taken back with Tampa bay Plumbing ,when the owner Wayne Ritchie, called me back personally to discuss the different possible reasons for the water. He then personally offered to come and look at the situation. I was at a loss for words, a owner putting the customers first. I was able to take the time off work and meet Wayne at the house. He did this at no cost to me. After carefully checking all the pipes and lines, he put mind my mind at ease and explained it was the water heater needed an expansion valve. Over the next few days a serviceman named was sent to the house to complete installation, He was so polite and helpful and spent his time helping with the installation, both carefully and quickly. Both men from Tampa bay Plumbing treated me with respect and kindness . It’s amazing that companies and that are willing to treat customers like family and make sure they meet their customers needs. My family and I are loyal customers and will continue to be . I will also share my story of the kindness and dedication of the company.

These guys were awesome!! Mike and Russell came out to fix a problem I had for years. They took their time to locate exactly what my problem was. They figured out what no one else could for years. I have retained them to fix all my other plumbing issues in and around my home. I have had such a great experience with them. Everyone I worked with was very kind and professional. They have late hours too. I was expecting a very high bill, but it was quite reasonable. Jack, the manager, is also very responsive.My only regret is that I didnt find them sooner. I highly recommend John from Big Ocean Plumbing. I chose him based on other recommendations (after calling Atomic 4 weeks ago and they did not fix the issue, but certainly tried to upsell me to a $1200 job) and he was amazing. He called me back promptly and was at my house less than two hours later on a Friday! He fixed our issues, was very reasonable in his pricing, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The search is over. I have finally found our plumber!

Do Not Call! I gave 1 stars because the service and Serviceman was great. Senior 'PREDATORY PRICING'.$329 and I paid CASH! We called Saturday morning, not Sunday, not a Holiday! Never even entered the house! Parked in front of the clean-out access, walked 25 feet plugged his rooter in outside outlet on porch, unscrewed the cap and rootered through a 2 foot root clog DONE! 30-40 MIN TOPS! Including unloading/loading rooter equipment and waiting for the bill! When he told me the price I almost fell down!! I even had him call back to explain how simple it was please reconsider I'm a Sr and paying cash! We're on Social Security, this wasn't a small pain. Really Sorry we called.

Quick and professional. Helped finish my DIY attempt to change out my bathroom faucet. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable even with 3 dogs and 2 toddlers trying to “help”
