They came out right away, gave me a very fair quote and most importantly were able to get me on their calendar right away. I was very pleased with the installation team. Super professional. They did a great job. I am very happy and will be recommending them to all my family and friends. They will also be handling the re-pipe on my home. 10 star review on every level.

Called Joe Cool to come and inspect my overflow gasket in the bathtub on a Friday. Natalie came out early Saturday morning. She inspected and replaced the gasket and performed a leak check. Loved the service and the attention to detail from Natalie. Would definitely use them again.

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

Im giving one star because after pure Hell,they finally sent someone who knew just a little and tje problem was fixed.one thing for sure i will never use this pore excuse of a company..ohand good luck talking to the owner ,,i have never been desrespected in such a crude nasty way..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
