On July 12th, a representative, from the City of Puyallup, paid me a visit, at my home, to inform me, of a water leak, that their Automatic Meter Reader (AMR) system, had detected on June 28th, resulting in there being a 240 gallon per day, water lose, occurring somewhere on my property. I instantly suspected the leak to be within my sprinkler system, versus within my home, because I had just turned my sprinkler system on, on June 27th, and also for the 1st time, since purchasing my home, in October 2015. On July 14th, I had my landscaper, test my sprinkler system, and after doing so, he determined there was indeed a leak, somewhere within my sprinkler system. Unfortunately, he was unable to determine the precise location of the leak, so his recommendation, was to start digging up my new lawn and surrounding landscaping, in order to find the leak. This idea, was not welcoming to me, because I had just completed an extensive & expensive landscaping job, with my landscaper, and I envisioned this digging task, to be even more extensive & expensive. So on July 17th, I reached out to a company, who had been recommended to me, by the City of Puyallup, being Clearwater Leak Detection (CLD) and I received a call back, immediately, that morning, from Simon Calis, of CLD, whereby he informed me, that he'd be available, to conduct a leak detection test, at my home, that same day, and so I set an appointment with him, for that afternoon, to do so. When Simon arrived at my home, he began his leak detection testing, and within about 2 hours, he was able to detect the suspecting leak in my sprinkler system. Simon had a great personality, a good sense of humor, and was very professional, yet very personable, at the same time, and I could tell, that he took great personal pride, in the services, he provided, but more importantly, that he was truly, a genuine and honest person, by nature. I must add, that I was very impressed, with the cleanliness & tidiness of Simon's truck & the variety of sophisticated equipment, he carried on hand with him. My overall, contracting experience with Simon, was above & beyond exceptional, and I must share, that I had no idea, that Simon was the actual company owner, until I went to write him a check, for his services, which was awesome & amazing, from my personal perspective! On July 18th, my landscaper, fixed the broken sprinkler pipe, so between the time line of July 12th - July 18th, I was able to get my water leak detected & fixed, thanks to contracting, with CLD. I'd like to thank Simon, for giving me faith, in knowing that there are indeed good people, companies, and contractors, out there, in our ever so rapid changing & crazy society, and for also providing me, which such exceptional customer service. Needless to say, I would highly recommended Clearwater Leak Detection (CLD) in a ♡ heartbeat ♡

I used this company twice for a sewer line replacement and a water line replacement , not only was their price the lowest the guarantee was the best . Nobody want's to spend money on this kind of thing but use them without worry ! thy are really good at what they do

We had a sewer line backed up and it was broken in places. Budget repaired the breaks and re-lined our pipes all the way down to the main line. Their verbal bid came in a bit below the other two bids, and after speaking with my wife and neighbor we went with Budget on basically a handshake. The work and service and clean up were top dollar. Very refreshing to do business with a family business that's all business and completely reliable. I'm very pleased and when my next plumbing project comes up, I know I'll be back. They patched my cement perfectly and filled the 2 holes in the yard and replaced the sod perfectly. My driveway is cleaner than before, or we'd not even know they had been there! Had a clogged tub, and a toilet tank with mibsehaving innards. I called Thursday after 5, and got a response promptly the next morning, tand they came out that day. They were wre polite, efficent, and solved my problems!

Mike's plumbing replaced my galvanized pipes leading to my house. They were on time, and did the job quickly. I wish I had used them to replace the pipes inside my house too, they did excellent work. Unfortunately, I had already had my indoor pipes replaced by another company.
I will use Mike's Plumbing for any plumbing issue moving forward.

After calling 8 plumbers to fix some burst pipes, no one was available. Then I reached Jacob at Anthony's Plumbers. He was available, kept me updated on when he would arrive and took care of the leak within an hour - and that includes getting the parts he needed. Really nice guy, knowledgeable, professional - all that and more. He's now my go to guy for all plumbing issues. Highly recommended - don't bother calling anyone else.

Knockout installed a replacement bilge pump on my Chris-Craft. They were affordable, timely and professional. I noticed the engine bay was full of water and Colin and Zach came to the rescue. They pumped it out and installed a new automatic pump so I don’t have to worry about coming home to a sunken live aboard. Since then I have referred them to a few friends and I imagine I will be using them for years to come.

I highly recommend Raymark Plumbing. They are a small-ish, lean company who remember work they did for me years ago. You will get a high quality job at a much lower price than if you call a company with fancy TV ads and famous athletes. Remember: someone pays the cost of those TV ads featuring celebrity athletes: you do! Raymark gets their work through referrals from satisfied customers like me. I have been using Raymark Plumbing since my first house, back in mid 1980's and they always do a fine job, even better than expected. I only used Raymark when I was a contractor because I knew they would do it right the first time (and they did.) Their plumbers have decades of experience, their trucks are well stocked and the office staff knows how to talk plumbing.

So don't hesitate to call them and make an appointment. Then do what I do: explain what you want and quietly stay out of the way so they can do their job. They know how to make things right for you.

Bryce was very efficient and clear with us about all of our options for service. He explained the whole process very clearly and showed us exactly what was being done and the final result of his work. We were very satisfied.

Called at 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon and had the service team show up the next morning. The residence I currently live at is a 97 year old house, I was concerned about getting it sorted.Marcus was very professional and took care of the issue I was having with my outdoor water spout.
