Had an AC repair that needed to be done and the Seattle Sewer Company did a fantastic job. We were especially impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their work. The repair was done quickly and efficiently and at a price that was within our budget.

Honest guys, great service, dependable reliable and fair. Can’t beat em.

Scheduled appointment between 4-8pm. I waited four hours and recieved a missed call at 7:54, no voicemail. I called the number back rang twice and hung up on me. Called the number in the confirmation email after my third call to this number I talked with a dispatcher who said another appointment was in front of me and that I could either wait, she had no ETA so maybe 1 am, or reschedule for tomorrow. After taking off time from work and waiting around four hours I chose to find a more reliable company. So disappointing.

John is incredible! He took over Joey's business and has made it a thousand times better. Always on time, totally professional, and his sewer inspections are easy to read. He's very responsive if you have any questions on it as well. He is familiar with all the good sewer companies and has great recommendations. He has totally turned the business around for the better!

Talked through everything with me and were very responsive and respectful. They cleaned up everything and made it look like new. We're actually using them for another job as well we liked them so much!

Never returned my calls for a broken sewer line

We had a problem with our kitchen sink so we called the best plumber in Seattle and they recommended simple plumber. Joe was a meticulous gentleman who is immediately figure out what is the problems with our disposal and pipes. He recommended us the best solution to our home. He is honest and professional plumber I can higly recommend.

The responsiveness of this company is fantastic. Our water heater stopped working 2x in the past year- nothing to do with the water heater itself but rather our toddler turning it off and someone knocking into the gas and turning it off- and both times I called after hours in the evening and they answered my call and helped me figure out the problem each time. Highly recommend!

They came on time on a Saturday morning and had our main line drain cleared in under 30 minutes. Very professional and nice to deal with. Would use again and recommend

Team did an excellent job with our sewer lining. They were positively referred to us by a friend but we still cross shopped and their quote was the most competitive. Overall very happy with their communication and the final product.

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!
