This total repipe process was quite painless I’m happy to say. The day of the repipe made for a pretty noisy house which was to be expected given the cutting of walls and ceilings. But the two guys doing the work were professional and worked hard to complete their part of the job and restore our water usage before they left that night. Awesome!
The drywall guy had to return a couple times to refine his repairs but Repipe Specialists were on top of it all the way.

Had Montory back to install my new gas W/D. Again, he did an an amazing job. Cant say enough good things about this guy.

Craftsman was a God-send and Monty, a miracle worker. Found the source of my leak and worked tirelessly in the tight, challenging conditions presented by my old house, to get it fixed. He and Craftsman are now my go-to plumber! Highly recommend!

UPDATE: since the review the office called and apologized and sent a senior plumber over who fixed the issue within a week. I think the first one was a new guy and there was not clear communication from the office staff. Moving the reading to a 4 star since they did resolve this well.
Ive had a plumber come out tell me there is a part that needs to get ordered in. They scheduled a time to come back and do the work and I waited 3 hours with no one coming. After calling the office they scheduled a different day. I once again took time off work to be here to wait for the plumber. No one showed again. I called the office and they said they can't come because the part still hasn't come. It's been 3 Weeks now.
There is no communication to me on what is going on, and I've lost all faith that they're actually going to repair the broken shower. There is no initiative from them on telling me when they have the part, on rescheduling if they can't come out. I can't say I'd recommend their service.

This is our first time to have The Rooter Plumbing of Seattle to fix our kitchen sink drain clogged problem. PJ has done a good job to fix the drainage clogged problem and fix other potential problems on the spot.

I had hired Leak Masters LLC to locate a leak at my home on my underground piping and they did it very it very well. The spot they gave me was exactly where the leak was at. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a leak on anything. they used infrared cameras, ground sensing equipment. And specialized computers to pin point a spot for us.. very HAPPY

Cesar and his team were fast, fair, and professional. They completed a sewer line pipe lining for us, saving us a couple thousand dollars over a traditional pipe replacement. Thanks guys!

Tim from 2 sons plumbing was very professional, listened carefully to our concerns about a potential leak and did a thoroughly investigated the surrounding areas to determine that there was no cause for alarm. Great service! Would recommend.

We called in the morning to report an undetermined leak under our kitchen sink and were offered emergency service or next available time window. We could wait for the latter and were offered an arrival of 12 - 3pm. As requested promised, we received a phone call ~20 minutes prior to the arrival of the plumber assigned to our job. Jose arrived with appropriate protective gear (mask/gloves) and removed his shoes before entering. Very friendly and kind in his social distancing. He immediately set to work to investigate the root cause. He tested diligently for some time for all potential causes. When complete he told my husband and I everything he tested and that no assignable cause could be determined. He did suggest that a hose associated with the dishwasher was a potential factor but that any work on it required complete removal of the dishwasher unit to access the entirety of the hose. We agreed that did not seem to be required at this time. He packed up and let us know to call back with any further issues or concerns. We stopped him to pay our invoice but he said there was no charge as he did not identify any issues. Thank you, Jose, and thank you, Gene Johnson Plumbing!
