Best Sewer Locating in Seattle WA

Rapid Rooter came to snake our sewer line. Not only were they quick, their costs were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Called them for heater services -a diagnostic and tune-up. Josh was kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. Had a great experience and will be calling back for any future issues.

We had flooding of our basement and thought that we probably needed a French drain installed, which is super costly. We called Emerald City Plumbing and Wayne came out and looked at what was happening and figured out that the problem was with the rain coming off of the roof. Our downspouts were missing or not well directed. They repaired them and diverted all of the water out to the street instead of the foundation of our house, where it was previously going. They also dug some soil out next to our house and sealed the wall outside.

Throughout the process they kept us in the loop. They don't do work inside, but Wayne suggested what we needed done and he even came to check on the interior once we had the sheet rock removed. He was then able to see that we had a leak from a crack between the window where the water was entering the wall.

We were so impressed by him and his whole team! So professional and responsive.

We identified an issue with our main water line on Saturday night. Called on Sunday AM, had Andy the owner over to have a look in Sunday afternoon, and scheduled work for Tuesday. They dealt with everything (city, etc), and work was completed as expected - on time and on budget. We had water that evening. Yard looked perfect. Great service from a family company. Highly recommended.

We called O’Neill as a second option after an unsatisfying job by Beacon Plumbing. We are sure glad we did! Nelson was thorough, understood our position, and explained the scope of work to our satisfaction. This was all after Nelson was diverted to our house after explaining our situation to the dispatcher. Nelson was professional, efficient, and sincere in his work. We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Buyer be ware! My parents are senior citizens. During the virus crisis my folks water heater went out. They called Beacon plumbing. They quoted $5000.00 for a standard 50 gallon hot water heater gas powered. Everything was up to date with earth quake straps and proper venting. They literally just needed to drain the existing and hook up the new. This is typically a 2 hour or less job for a good crew. I was blown away that a company who represents Seattle Seahawks would try to over charge my parents. To me this is stealing. I understand that the business needs insurance and it’s not cheap for plumbing but I have never heard of this kind of mark up. $2000 maybe $2500 tops. Not double. It is obvious that these guys are getting commission and they’re not being considerate of people’s budgets and how easy these crews are taking advantage of older people making me never wanna watch the Seahawks again. I will be submitting letters to the city, the Seahawks franchise, The better bureau business, the local Chamber of Commerce, and media outlets. This can’t happen and keep going as it’s unsustainable for our local economy and our senior citizens and people in general should not get used like this. A friend and I install the water heater in an hour and a half , for less than $500 , for the same water heater. We saved my parents $4500 and my mom was crying that a-company will take advantage of us like this in our community. How outrageous! As a fellow business owner please stop gouging the market , this makes all businesses suffer with consumer confidence dropping , thank you beacon plumbing for the great experience we literally were freaking out on you!

Tough problem - A significant leak with no visible surface moisture and over 250 feet of potential sources. Kevin was able to find it quickly, and then verify using other methods it before we committed to taking up a bit of asphalt. His 'X marks the probable spot' missed by maybe 4 inches. My wife and I fixed our 1000 gallon/day leak ourselves before dinner. Kevin's bill was higher than I'd have liked, due to the complex nature of the problem and the need to use helium to confirm the probable location of the leak, but the fix cost us a $20 trip to Lowes, some beer and take out food! Kevin was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were happy to pay for the right tools in the hand of a seasoned pro. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the work done by Northwest Sewer Repair. Hands down, Ed is the BEST in town. His response time was nearly immediate -- he came by a few hours after I called for an estimate *AND* his bid came in nearly 50% lower than the other 2 companies that had me provided estimates. The work was done on time as promised and the landscaping looked completely undisturbed. No surprises other than finding a company that isn't out to fleece you. Truly impressed. Thanks again, Ed!

So happy with the service and technician who provided some plumbing updating during my recent home renovation. Tyler let me know of the items that really needed fixing and those that did not. Price Busters are the best! Over 20 years of dealing with sewer back up I finally had funds to fix it. Zach, one of the owners came to assess the problem. Within 90 minutes he had two of his guys here with a camera to find the problem and flush the system. Zach also said he would be back to double check it. Within a half hour I got a call from Alex with a bid.I took a couple more days for bids then Zach was back as promised. Because of his personality, professionalism, seeing how much he cared about pleasing his customers and the price I hired them. Mentioning the next time my kitchen pipes come loose I knew who to call, he immediately said let's take a look now. It was wrong pipe fittings, next thing I know he is taking care of it on the same deal. Wrong size pipes happen when your son does the plumbing. Lol! Zach the excavator, Austin, James and Haung (probably wrong spelling) were all very friendly and very professional. This company went above and beyond my expectations. They defintely treat their customers with the utmost care. After 20 some years of dealing with different plumbing companies I now have one I can call with complete confidence! Thanks Price Busters!

just talked to these guys. they wanted $79 just to show up. I asked if it would then go towards the job. Nope! I don't even know them or the price, why would I just give them $79? Hey said, dude it costs $100 for a piece of plywood. obviously we are not a good fit. good bye.
