Best Sewer Backup in Seattle WA

I first called Beacon Plumbing and they came out yesterday. They did their job and ONLY diagnosed that I had a clogged septic line from the house, the plumber then gave me a large bill, and an estimate to fix the issue. Wanting a 2nd opinion I called Roto-Rooter, boy I wished I would have called them first. The plumber was awesome!!! He scoped the problem, and cleaned the drain line. I paid almost the same to the first company to ONLY send a camera down the pipe as I did Roto-Rooter who actually attempted to fix the problem and if this doesn't work came up with a solution we can financially live with. A++++

Paul and his associate were amazing; super friendly, prompt, professional & they are budget friendly! I highly recommend Budget Sewer! recently purchased my home. I had paid $275 for a sewer inspection from another company whose report said my sewer was in good condition. Day 5 in my home the sewers backed up into my new bathtub & shower on a Fri. eve. I called my home warranty co. They didn't make it out until Sun. this was their emergency response. They couldn't fix the problem. I was told it would be about $6,000-$9000. I was referred to Paul & contacted him Sunday eve. He was at my house at Mon. at 7am and my sewer was repaired within a couple hours at a 3rd of the cost!! My yard was clean like no hole had been dug up.

I'm lucky to know a caring professional like Joe. I've had several odd piping issues at my house, interior and exterior, and Joe has always been HUGELY helpful over the phone and in person. He really cares about his craft and customers - and he doesn't just fix things; he improves them. He has longevity and sustainability in mind. He is a prompt and clear communicator (read: explainer of his craft to simpletons like me), and a real cool guy. I can't say enough nice things about Joe!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Ross came within an hour of my call to unclog a blocked sewer line. He was incredibly professional, worked methodically to ensure he was fixing the problem completely. He cleaned up thoroughly once he was finished.

Worst service ever. They quickly came to book the job, got paid upfront. And 2 months later a simple faucet install is not done. I got all kinds of excuses for not showing up on made appointments that were booked. Horrible communication skills, Irie handled the phone calls with the worst customer service possible, explaining to me that many people have left their job, from front desk to Plummer, that were no notes in the computer for any of the problems we ran into due their unprofessionalism. And I haven’t been able to get reimbursed yet…. I strongly recommend not using this company! :/“

We had a sewer line back up. Several other companies told us it was a collapsed pipe that would require trenching right by our busy street and a utility pole. Some companies even told us they couldn't do it.

David came out right away to look at our line. Once he had a camera in the line, he determined it likely wasn't a collapsed pipe. Based on how he analyzed our problem, we could tell he was really thinking through how everything works.

Best part: he was able to start the next day!

We ended up trenching and replacing a portion of our line that was bellying and shooting a liner to where we needed it.

Everything was put back the way we asked, and we are so happy to be able to use our sewer line again!

This team was phenomenal. We needed help replacing our main water line. Their work was high quality and affordable. They beat two other quotes by a mile. Their customer service was incredible, explained things really well without making ya feel silly. Got the job done quickly. They even worked around our gigantic tree and root system to spare the tree any damage. Cannot express enough how wonderful they were!
