2 Sons & Seattle Plumbing was terrific. Weekend emergencies are tough; they couldn't respond yesterday, but were here first thing this morning. My plumber was knowledgeable, efficient, and a great, funny conversationalist. Picked them blind for this emergency; but, they'll be my first choice with intention, for my future plumbing needs.

We used Sewer Friendly to conduct a sewer scope while purchasing a property. Rick was incredibly friendly, helpful, and put in the effort to get our inspection done well and efficiently. It was a little hard to find an access point to put the scope down, but he persevered and helped us get answers on the state of the pipes on the timeline we needed. Thanks Rick and Sewer Friendly!

Dan was very professional, thorough, and did an excellent job of installing a new faucet for the kitchen sink. He was clear about all the estimated costs of the service, and recommended the best faucet to purchase. He understood the urgency of the installation and came much earlier than the scheduled time and did the installation. Overall, I was very satisficed with his service.

I had a pretty serious back up in my bathroom sink. The pipes were clogged and sludge was oozing from the sink and would not drain. Chris from Fischer Plumbing came out within a day of calling for the service and did a fantastic job. After 20 minutes of work the pipes had been cleared out. Water drains as it should and the terrible sludge smell is now gone. Thanks Fischer and thank you Chris for such efficient great work!

Evan was very knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job! He's done a couple jobs for us already including installing a new water heater. We'll definitely have him come back out to do any future work!

We called Professional Plumbing tonight after we were unable to unclog the drain in our sink. We really wanted to get it cleared because the dishes had already piled up and the first company we called wouldn’t be able to make it out for a few days. I called Shane at Professional Plumbing after hours (approx 7 pm) and even though he had just made it home for the evening, he was willing to come over before the end of the night to help us out. Not only did he answer my call right away, he made it here within 30 minutes! He was efficient, friendly, and considerate of current COVID risks (masks, gloves, etc.). We also felt that the price was very reasonable, especially since we were asking for after hours immediate assistance. I would highly recommend using this company and we will call them again in the future!

Had a tankless put in about a month ago and it's awesome. No more running out of hot water. They are great at communicating and I appreciate them sending pics and a background on the tech coming out. A nice personal touch. The techs did a beautiful job on the little details, a nice clean install as you can see from the pics.
