Clearwater Leak Detection did a great job finding my leak that was located under my driveway. The Plumbing Company that fixed the leak used Simons pinpoint mark to cut through the driveway, and when the pipe leak was located it was within 6 of his mark 42 under ground.....amazing. I would highly recommend his service should you need leak detection.

Just found out about a leak we had going in our crawl space yesterday. Bought this house 6 months ago and was not prepared for a huge plumbing disaster. After calling around to multiple plumbers in the area, with no one available, Bobby returned my call and said he'd be right over to at least look at what the problem was and turn off my water main for me. As a new homeowner and someone who knows nothing about plumbing, the fact that he just came over to assess and reassure was huge. He told me exactly what we could do to speed the process along, and that he'd be back as soon as he was able to actually fix it for us. Within less than 24 hours he was back here, and completed the entire job in a short time, and at a reasonable price. But more importantly, we now have a plumber we can count on for any future problems that may arise. That peace of mind in an older house is worth every penny! I called 4 highly rated plumbing companies and O’Neill Plumbing was the only one willing to estimate the cost of installing a faucet! Using prior experience, it seems companies would have a general idea of the time (thus the cost) needed to replace a faucet ... after all, it wasn’t a repair -
we booked w/ Kelli and Steve came out on the day promised and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. It was a brilliant experience start to finish and going forward, O’Neill will be our go to plumbing company.

PS - it was pleasantly shocking to learn the cost for the switch out! It was bloody ridiculous - in a wonderful way! thank you O’Neill team.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

The reviews about this crew are true, I also had a great experience with Dirt Cheap Sewers for a complete sewer replacement. From Angel initially determining the cause and location of the problem, to offering every option available and on the spot estimating with fair pricing, to delivering on exactly the promise made. Day one, they trenched by hand, in the cramped space under the deck, replaced the root destroyed pipe, and had me back in action by the end of the day. The remaining days also required hand trenching to protect a slope sensitive tree line, and even without requesting it, I watched them take care to not hurt the large primary root structures of the trees, digging under and around them to access the old line, only cutting a few that needed it. This type of care was demonstrated throughout.

Accessing the portion under the house required cutting the slab, and a touch of jack hammering, but before the work began, Austin and Poncho took the time to seal off the rest of the house, as well as some belongings left in the basement. This crew works hard, staying as late as it took each night to finish the days portion of work and get me reconnected, while being receptive to my questions or specific requests. Then, at the end of it all, after back-filling and pouring me a beautiful cement patch, gifting me two new and more convenient clean outs, they literally cleaned my basement better than they found it.

This is a stellar crew, very easy to work with, and I am extremely pleased with the result. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth with these guys.

First, I will say that I can't recommend these guys enough. They worked fast, clean, and despite two giant holes dug in my yards, there is barely any evidence that they were there. Tarps put down for the excavated dirt protected our lawn and as a result, all the dirt ended up back in the hole. They also very carefully pulled up the grass in chunks and then put them back so you can't tell from the side that it was ever dug up. (And barely from the top!)

What made this even more amazing is that our contract clearly states that the property owner is responsible for any landscaping needed after the job is over. (This was noted in all four bids we got.) So I expected to have some work after it was done. Instead they did the work, had the line inspected by the city, put everything away, and I didn't have to do anything.

There were some items that made my situation a challenge and I was honestly expecting this to be a painful process. My neighbor and I share a sewer line put in in 1958. I had been putting off the job because of the expense, but my neighbor wanted to go ahead and was willing to do a bunch of the leg work getting quotes. Aces Four's quote was the lowest bid by just a bit, pretty much in line with the two other companies we liked.

Also, the side yard where the sewer line comes out of the house was only accessible by some very old (and not very sturdy) stairs and a gate in a chain link fence. Landscaping (rock walls and trees) made going up any other way not a very easy option. A small excavator was brought in and, with my deteriorating steps protected, they rolled it up into the side lawn with zero damage or evidence they were there. All of the other companies I talked to expected to either dig by hand (more expensive) or have to pull out my fence and trees to get up there with a machine.

Every member of the Aces Four team was professional and courteous and endlessly patient with questions. I would recommend them without reservation.

I tried to get these folks to come out and they no called, no showed. 4 hours after they were supposed to come out I called and said they would be by either later that afternoon or the next day. Again they no call, no showed. After a week I had to find another company.

Absolutely excellent work! They went above and beyond to fix my toilet issue. The guys are highly knowledgeable, professional, kind and courteous. I'm recommending them to everyone I know!

I can not recommend Heath more highly. He took the steps to figure out I was still under warranty and made a second trip to troubleshoot on his time. Quite remarkable!

These guys are incredible! They do fantastic work and a very fair price. I have used them for clogged drains, a bathroom remodel, a kitchen remodel and a new washer connection.
