This is the third plumbing company we’ve had out to our house since we bought it last Sept, and we finally have a winner! Pioneer was originally recommended by our real estate agent, but when our hot water tank failed eight days after we bought the house, Pioneer couldn’t come out for over a week. Since we obviously couldn’t go that long without hot water, we went with another company that could do the work in a couple days. While we now have an on-demand system, it was installed improperly and had to be fixed again – yikes. So when we had a subsequent pressure problem, we called a different company. The problem was resolved, but the plumber was very salesman-y for some additional work. When our disposal stopped working, I decided it wasn’t urgent and I’d wait for Pioneer to send someone out. So glad we did. The plumber quickly assessed the problem, thoroughly explained to me what happened, and told me the disposal was otherwise fine after unjamming it - saving me what I thought would be a pricy replacement. He was respectful, helpful, and punctual. Would definitely call Pioneer again first.

Sharif and Watertite Plumber are outstanding. Responsive, professional, and thorough in addressing the various projects we are interested in scoping. In addition to answering all of our questions on project needs, he suggested multiple ways (including more cost efficient options) to achieve our goals. While onsite, Sharif also assisted with a drain clearing that was desperately needed. I'd definitely recommend working with them.

They did a great job. They were on time, and the work was very well done. Tyler and Brian the two individuals I was working with explained everything that was happening and presented different options even when we found another issue with our sewer line. Overall I can not recommend them enough.

Paul’s cheerful nature is matched by his expert knowledge in quickly addressing and fixing even the Really Bad problems like we had. I was especially thankful for his courteous attitude, which always evidences a sure willingness to do what was necessary to make us happy. I am delighted by the excellent work and service they provided us.

Great plumbing work, Terrible customer service. Workers did a fabulous job. They do not return emails or phone calls. Work was completed 2 months ago and they still have not gotten back to me on an inspection. I don't even see they got a permit with the city. Very disappointed. My driveway is still torn up.

We had a great experience with these guys. We had a non-emergency hosepipe problem.Pros: They were able to come out the next day. They came early in the 4-hour window. Our tech was very helpful and professional throughout. We got an estimate, which we agreed to, and he started work on the spot, finishing in about half an hour. There was no additional fee just to come out and take a look, which many plumbers charge. The quality of the work looks great. The tech wore a mask when indoors.Cons: The tech had to cut into the drywall, but wouldn't do a drywall repair after. He was up front about this, so it wasn't a surprise. Not a deal breaker, but it would be nice to have had that included. Also, the price seemed steep ($750) for such a short, simple job with just a few parts. I would say the job was extremely routine, and didn't require a high degree of skill or expensive parts. However, I'm willing to allow that this is the going rate for such things in Seattle, and it's hard to argue with good, fast service.So in the end, the pros heavily outweighed the cons. If money is tight, it's probably worth getting some more estimates, though.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and just all around incredibly helpful. Colin was excellent, and their staff was helpful with scheduling. I cannot recommend them enough, and plan to use them for every project or plumbing need going forward.
