Just found out about a leak we had going in our crawl space yesterday. Bought this house 6 months ago and was not prepared for a huge plumbing disaster. After calling around to multiple plumbers in the area, with no one available, Bobby returned my call and said he'd be right over to at least look at what the problem was and turn off my water main for me. As a new homeowner and someone who knows nothing about plumbing, the fact that he just came over to assess and reassure was huge. He told me exactly what we could do to speed the process along, and that he'd be back as soon as he was able to actually fix it for us. Within less than 24 hours he was back here, and completed the entire job in a short time, and at a reasonable price. But more importantly, we now have a plumber we can count on for any future problems that may arise. That peace of mind in an older house is worth every penny! O'Neill did an excellent job of replacing our failed 48 year old waterline. Prior to selecting their bid to do the work, they installed a temporary water connection, at no cost to us, so we could resume normal living until our new water line was installed. Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

The reviews about this crew are true, I also had a great experience with Dirt Cheap Sewers for a complete sewer replacement. From Angel initially determining the cause and location of the problem, to offering every option available and on the spot estimating with fair pricing, to delivering on exactly the promise made. Day one, they trenched by hand, in the cramped space under the deck, replaced the root destroyed pipe, and had me back in action by the end of the day. The remaining days also required hand trenching to protect a slope sensitive tree line, and even without requesting it, I watched them take care to not hurt the large primary root structures of the trees, digging under and around them to access the old line, only cutting a few that needed it. This type of care was demonstrated throughout.

Accessing the portion under the house required cutting the slab, and a touch of jack hammering, but before the work began, Austin and Poncho took the time to seal off the rest of the house, as well as some belongings left in the basement. This crew works hard, staying as late as it took each night to finish the days portion of work and get me reconnected, while being receptive to my questions or specific requests. Then, at the end of it all, after back-filling and pouring me a beautiful cement patch, gifting me two new and more convenient clean outs, they literally cleaned my basement better than they found it.

This is a stellar crew, very easy to work with, and I am extremely pleased with the result. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth with these guys.

Curtis and Jason were great! They confirmed via text message, they were on time, very professional and very clean. The work was excellent, good attention to detail and a very friendly service!

First, I will say that I can't recommend these guys enough. They worked fast, clean, and despite two giant holes dug in my yards, there is barely any evidence that they were there. Tarps put down for the excavated dirt protected our lawn and as a result, all the dirt ended up back in the hole. They also very carefully pulled up the grass in chunks and then put them back so you can't tell from the side that it was ever dug up. (And barely from the top!)

What made this even more amazing is that our contract clearly states that the property owner is responsible for any landscaping needed after the job is over. (This was noted in all four bids we got.) So I expected to have some work after it was done. Instead they did the work, had the line inspected by the city, put everything away, and I didn't have to do anything.

There were some items that made my situation a challenge and I was honestly expecting this to be a painful process. My neighbor and I share a sewer line put in in 1958. I had been putting off the job because of the expense, but my neighbor wanted to go ahead and was willing to do a bunch of the leg work getting quotes. Aces Four's quote was the lowest bid by just a bit, pretty much in line with the two other companies we liked.

Also, the side yard where the sewer line comes out of the house was only accessible by some very old (and not very sturdy) stairs and a gate in a chain link fence. Landscaping (rock walls and trees) made going up any other way not a very easy option. A small excavator was brought in and, with my deteriorating steps protected, they rolled it up into the side lawn with zero damage or evidence they were there. All of the other companies I talked to expected to either dig by hand (more expensive) or have to pull out my fence and trees to get up there with a machine.

Every member of the Aces Four team was professional and courteous and endlessly patient with questions. I would recommend them without reservation.

I called on a Saturday for an emergency water main break at our home. Cesar came Sunday, gave us a very reasonable bid and the crew came Monday. They did the full line replacement in a matter of hours . Great Customer Care. I’d give hime more stars if I could!

**By far the best contractor experience I've ever had.**

I had Jacob come out and upgrade the plumbing for my basement remodel including: new gas lines, shower / toilet drains, and the installation of a custom steam shower system. It turned out perfectly.

He was honest, knowledgeable, fair priced, and he helped me plan ahead to make sure the next stages of the project were set up for success.

If I have any plumbing needs in the future, I'll only use this company.

Samuel Harris took care of replacing the full fill valve and flapper assembly inside the tank today. Did a great job, and also fixed a faulty shut off valve at no extra cost.

Both Don and Jeff were very helpful when I had a leak that turned out to require a faucet replacement. While he was here, Jeff fixed two other things that I brought to his attention. Without my realizing it, he even fixed broken latch on the cabinet under my sink, which had been neglected(!) I will definitely use Quality Plumbing in the future, for both emergency and non-emergency needs.

Definitely my first call for urgent repairs or routine maintenance. As a restaurant owner, it's comforting to know the team at Knockout is just a call away.
