I called Fox Plumbing & Heating to come and and give me an estimate on an older heat pump/furnace that hadn't been maintained or serviced in quite some time.The technicians, Chris and Josh met me at the house. They looked at the unit and instead of just saying it needs to be replaced, they were able to quickly diagnose the issues it was having, and gave some direction on what needed to be done to service it. This was something that was not done by a competitor who had been out the prior week. They wouldn't touch it.I have used Fox in my own home and have been very pleased by the professionalism and knowledge of everyone I've dealt with. They are the ones I'll be calling should my furnace or tankless water heater ever needs service.

Jon (as well as other service techs) has been to our building several times. The work done has been invariably excellent, and communication about the issue and the fix are straightforward and helpful. They're the only plumber I'll work with and recommend to others.

Bobby came out to my house after hours to inspect a possible leak and quickly found a hole in a pipe where we had some work being done. He replaced the pipe and cleared the lines. He did all of this in about 1.5 hours. He provided feedback on other items that could be issues down the road (we have original galvanized steel pipes) and recommended the most cost efficient solutions. He totally saved us! I highly recommend Bobby when it comes to your plumbing needs. Total life savior !!!

I was remodeling my master bathroom when the water pipe for the toilet got cut with a sawzaw. Water was everywhere. I called even and he had Norm there in 30minutes on a weekend. He had it fixed in 20minutes. They were super friendly, quick and clean. Thanks for saving my bathroom.

I’ve been getting a lot of quotes and calling a lot of companies to fix issues with my home lately. I’ve met a lot of untrustworthy, pushy salesmen. When I found out I needed a plumber due to a broken pipe in my crawlspace, I was less than eager to start calling around for more quotes. I found Green Planet from a few recommendations I saw on the West Seattle Facebook group. I emailed them through their website at 11pm Wednesday night. They had emailed me back by 8am and had two guys out here by 9am. The guys were professional, kind and obviously knew what they were doing. The quote to fix the repair was reasonable. They gave me a second quote to fix another problem they found but were honest about it not being an urgent fix. I’m tight on cash right now, so having this honesty, with no pitchy salesman act was so refreshing to me. They fixed the issue and were done before 11am. As a female homeowner, it’s really common to get taken advantage of and I cannot thank Green Planet enough for being a stand up company and getting the job done quicker than I expected. I will definitely be calling them for all my future plumbing needs!

These guys are awesome down to earth to make everything perfect under microscope for my 3700 sqft home new construction. Good ethics and communication. I bought a custom chandelier from Lowe's recently and purchased installation with it. However, when the chandelier arrived a week later Lowe's said their installer had retired and they would have to refund my install. How could they not know about the retirement when I purchased everything?! I had house guests coming over in a few days and needed it done ASAP. I got in touch with Eco Electric, and Zachary Weber came over for the estimate. I explained my situation, and even though he was completely booked for installs that day (and for several weeks in fact), he went out of his way to return to my house that same evening and installed the chandelier anyway, even though it was a couple hours drive from his last job. He installed it in record time and and he did it under budget too. The new lighting looks fantastic. Thank you Zack for going the extra mile to make sure my dining room looked spectacular for the weekend. I can't recommend Zack and Eco Electric enough, and will call them first for any electrical or lighting work I need done in the future.
