Fox did a great job---we called them yesterday for a clogged pipe problem and they came today and 1 1/2 hours early! I have their card and will use them again without a problem!! Good service!

Plumbers with ethicsWhat was supposed to be a simple installation of a new faucet turned into a major kitchen sink rework. Due to years of neglect and improper care, not only had our faucet broken but so had our garbage disposal, and our pipes and valves were leaking too! Mike V. and Dany were highly informative in explaining why each problem had occurred and why it needed to be fixed today. Interacting with them felt like I was talking to real people who truly cared about what they were doing. I am incredibly grateful for calling Beacon Plumbing to fix my kitchen sink, I’ll definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

Jose and Rene came on time, did great work, and were very helpful in letting me know what the next steps are to find and fix my water leak. I would definitely call Jose and Rene back to do more work.Later the same day, Jose and Brendan returned at my request to arrange for installing a new water line. They are both very professional and courteous.

As Seahawks fans, we decided to book Beacon for our 1st plumbing issue. The stars given are because of the ease of scheduling and fast availability. The reason for the low score is their price. They almost gave us the wrong diagnosis saying it was a condensation issue and when they were leaving more leaking occurred. After further inspection they found the leak and said the repair would be over 3k. They charged us $220.00 for the call visit. We just had a different reputable company come and quoted us $900.00 to fix the issue Seems to me too big of a difference. Anyways, I thought I'd share in case anyone out there is considering using your services to be aware.

I've had to call Fox twice now, both times when something went wrong and I needed help fairly quickly. They have an emergency service that's come out both times and saved the day. The work was well done and thorough, and the techs were pleasant and helpful both times. I'm very pleased with their service.
