I had the unfortunate experience of having broken pipes in my home that needed repair. I reached out to Seattle Sewer Company and they were able to promptly and efficiently get my issue taken care of.

My purpose in writing this review is to call out the professionalism of Rick Braden from Beacon. On time and clear pricing. Good work was done efficiently. The only negative is that they seem expensive. I don't know the going rate for these types of services, but $300 to install a dog door seems like a lot to me.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.
