Simon came out the same day I called about our main water line break. He detected the leak and was able to repair it 2 days later. He showed me the broken pipe and the how he repaired it. The whole time spent took about 3 hours. The price was was 50% less than a quote I received from a plumbing company!! Excellent work. I would definitely recommend Clearwater Leak Detection.

I hired Zoltan to advise me on my DIY underground bathroom rough in, and he was extremely helpful. He came out the day after I requested him, and for a reasonable price he spent time advising me on the details of my underground plumbing project. The job was extensive, I hadn’t done this work before, and with Zoltan’s help I was able to pass my inspection smoothly. He was detailed, and knew his stuff. I will definitely work with Zoltan again, and would trust him with any plumbing project.

After being ripped off and overcharged by another business, I called Sewer Friendly for an estimate. They were able to diagnose and repair my home's broken water pipe quickly and for an accurate and reasonable cost. Huge shout out to Greg, Tristan, Cameron, and Rick, for the great and professional job that they did, how frequently they kept me updated on what they were working on, how they asked my opinion before making any big decisions, how they always arrived early/on time to my home, and especially how kind they all were! Beacon Plumbing is now my permanent plumber as have had other plumbers and Beacon has had to come and fix. Also Beacon, Jake, has been able to access and permanently fix a situation that no other plumber has been able to find or fix. 221032 and 221016

Determined to do this on my own, I rented a 25 ft snake and used Drano etc. After 2 weeks it was time to call a plumber. Typical guy I guess. But I was concerned about who to call. I had heard bad stories and wanted to chose the right company. After posting requests for referrals on West Bellevue and Medina FB site, and shockingly receiving NO referrals I texted builder friends of mine. They too wanted to find a good plumber feeling others were not honest. Finally a prominent Realtor in the area whom I trust sent me a referral, Rudy's Plumbing. Curtis and Ryan did a GREAT job. They took the time to do it right and didn't cost anything extra. These old pipes were draining slow even after being cleared. I wondered why my dishwasher didn't clean well. The pipes didn't drain quick was why. Well that extra work did it. Water runs GREAT and dishes are better as well. Finally an honest plumber, Now to find a honest Lawyer :)

Our water line runs from our water meter some 340 lineal feet from a street a block away to our house. It runs through a seismic and erosion hazard environmentally sensitive area on a steep hillside. It is a very challenging job. I called 4 contractors and Complete Trenchless , iNC. responded very quickly with site visit and firm bid. I had to call the other contractors to push for their bids but they either said it was too difficult a job or that they could not get to it because their subcontractors were booked up. Complete Trenchless did an excellent job and finished within 3 days. The owner and his son communicated with me well and kept me apprised of any issues. They do all work in-house—no subcontractors— and that saved time and money. They provided a 25-year warranty on their labor in addition to manufacturers’ warranties on the materials. The crew is very experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, polite and personable. They did a similarly difficult job last year for one of my neighbors and my neighbor highly recommended them to me. I was so lucky to have Complete Trenchless , INC. put in my new water line and new irrigation faucets. I highly recommend them.
