Best Hvac System in Seattle WA
It's very rare to find a service company that hits all the points above. Fast responses, no extra fees, the first person who came to my house even though I think he could do the job said I prefer a water tank professional to do it and we got another technician the day after. He was on time, really nice and professional, and at the end what they charged me was 60% of what a Joe Schmoe plumbing company quoted me for and they are not even specialized in heating

I tried three other plumbing companies and they were not as responsive as this one. Milton showed up on time , answered all my questions and was very professional. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs .

I'm so glad I found Sharif. Now I have a plumber I can trust. Things that set Sharif and Watertite Plumbing apart:
1. When you call, you're actually talking directly to a plumber (Sharif). No intermediate person who just does scheduling and can't answer any of your questions.
2. Sharif will generally give you an estimate over the phone based on a description and pictures. None of this paying someone $100 just to come out and look at it nonsense. He'll also be honest about what factors that can't be evaluated this way might cause the estimate to change, but generally will stick with his original estimate and that's what you'll pay for the whole job.
3. He will keep in direct contact with you and update you if something's changed his schedule and he won't be able to make it when he estimated he would (no 4-hour windows sitting around at home wondering if someone will ever show up).
4. He'll tell you honestly about the price of different options and the pros and cons.
5. He'll use appropriate urgency to address a problem.
My interactions:
I first contacted Sharif about installing a smart water shutoff. Based on pictures, he gave me an estimate and said what problem might arise that would require additional work. This was totally different than the handful of other plumbers I called, where I spoke to a scheduling person who wanted to schedule a $100 for someone to come by for an estimate. I ended up installing the shutoff myself, but based on my interactions, I knew who I would go to the next time I had a plumbing problem. So when the waterline to my house started leaking, I called up Sharif on a Friday afternoon. He was able to come by that evening and worked in the dark to dig up and identify the leak. We talked through options and what they would cost. Because I had old rusted out galvanized, the whole thing had to be replaced. Throughout the process Sharif was communicative about the work needed and when he'd be doing it, didn't charge more than his original estimate (even when it turned out he needed to also move my interior shutoff), and gave some advice on unrelated plumbing things (like how I could make my sewage extractor less stinky).
Next time I have a plumbing issue, I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns that I had. This is a company I definitely recommend. I appreciate the positive attitude they had while doing the job.

Shawn and Julia from Eco Electric were fantastic and I highly recommend them! I tried for 8 months to find an electrician to come look at our broken bedroom heater. My condo is considered commercial because of how many stories it is, but it was a small residential job so it was hard to find someone willing to come out. I am so glad I was referred to Eco Electric.Shawn and Julia came out within a few days to look at the project. They diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution. They provided a quote on site. We scheduled the work and within a week they were back, installing a new heater. They worked quickly. Shawn even went the extra mile and checked a broken ceiling light fixture while he was here. It's been a few weeks and our new heater works perfectly. I am so relieved to have this fixed and to have a new electrician to recommend to my neighbors.UPDATE: I've since called Eco Electric & Plumbing for plumbing work. Duane came out the same day and installed a new faucet. He was very professional and we're pleased with the work.

Another great experience with Fox. We had them out for a sink/disposal clog that we couldn't unblock ourselves and had a solid experience with the plumbing technician. Beyond that Fox had excellent customer service afterwards, which led us to call them out again for sewer maintenance clean. Friendly, informative professionals on site and on the phone. Highly recommend.

Sonny was wonderful! Explained everything and fixed issue and went above and beyond. Unique these days to have company give you exact time not window of several hours and give an estimate before any charges. Highly recommend.
