The Update - the plumbing manager contacted me and had looked at my invoice after my review. . He said I was charged incorrectly. I was refunded the extra charge of $400. He said it was a training issue , hopefully now the plumber and customer service call center will now have been trained properly. I do appreciate the quickness of the refund .The . tech Jeremy was great at communication and on time . Very cheerful and professional.However I had to call to get my invoice .Once I read the breakdown I thought they had made a mistake .I was charged $385 for an angular value that goes in wall by toilet . My invoice said emergency shut off valve. I called and was told the part which is 12-20 at Home Depot also included a year warranty on part . Plus a professional putting it in . So what was the additional $400 charge for labor . If that was not included in the professional putting it in . They took my naivety and trust and took me .My bad for calling them . Beware of price gouging . No wonder no one wants to call a plumber .plus they really push for a review .

Driver of vehicle #1535 blew a stop sign at Marine View Dr and Slayden on 5/14 at 4:10pm in Tacoma. The driver almost hit me head on since I had the right of way. Next time I will let you hit me. You will be out of a job and I will get a new car.

Trung was on time, professional, explained everything and saved our Christmas celebration. Our pipe burst in the crawl space overnight. We called the next morning (Christmas eve) and Trung worked late to get to our house and make repairs. I would highly recommend

Super professional folks - Ryan and Curtis were amazing, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, scheduled it really quickly and had it replaced. Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns that I had. This is a company I definitely recommend. I appreciate the positive attitude they had while doing the job.

I had 2 techs out to replace some leaky exterior hose bibs. They accurately assessed the situation, gave me an up front estimate, and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. They weren’t the cheapest around, but I believe that you get what you pay for. High quality work.This was my first experience with Seatown and it was exceptionally positive. I will be recommending and using them again for future service needs.

We had a water leak and of course it was under ground though the driveway and yard. One call and Jose R came out gave a bid and was able to fix the leak the same day without having to break out the driveway or damage the yard. The install went well but a double depth wall caused earthquake strap anchoring difficulties. Left a lot of holes in my wall but Wahhab got it all done within the estimated time.
