Repipe specialists was responsible for a complete repipe of my house and switching over to Pex. I had 3 plumbers give estimates prior to choosing them. The deciphering factor for me was the care shown to ensure I understood what was happening. Repipe specialists were the only ones to fully explain what would be taking place. They actually sat down and showed me examples of the pipe they’d be removing and what they would be replacing it with. I felt they were also the most thorough when checking the house for my estimate, therefore minimizing the chance of unforeseen charges (there were none at the end). I do not regret my choice, and would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work to be done, especially if they want a clear understanding of the process. I asked a lot of questions, and they worked hard to get me my answers.

Repipe Masters were great. They showed up early with 5 workers, repiped my entire house, patched the dry wall, did additional work I requested that was not part of the agreement (replaced my shower fixture taht was not working) and cleaned up all in one day. They were pleasant, knew their craft and performed masterfully. I thought I was going to have no water for at least 2 days. But I was able to shower in the morning and then wash my dishes after dinner that same evening. I highly recommend them!

Rick is very knowledgeable and I was glad to have his expertise when it came time to knowing new toilets where a necessary fix. Everyone I have talked to at Puget Sound Plumbing has been friendly and helpful. I will definitely call them in the future should the need arise.

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.

Great experience! Had a plumbing emergency when the shower wouldn't shut off, on full blast. The folks at Quality Plumbing were super responsive, communicated clearly timeframe, after-hours rates, and that a technician was on his way. Arrived under time, within the hour!

Jeff was friendly, professional, and able to assess the issue pretty quickly - had a replacement part in the van (yay!). Impressed by overall helpfulness, explaining what may have happened, what he was doing, and what to look out for moving forward. Repair was also completed, in less time than estimated (up to 2 hours). Jeff cleaned up after his repair and helped caulk the shower fixture. When I got the bill, it was under the high end of the estimate - so also very pleased at reasonable rates. I'll be calling Quality Plumbing again - ask for Jeff! Thanks so much.

Using Gene Johnson Plumbing was so easy and quick. I called to schedule and estimate, they were able to fit me in the next day AND get the work done then too! Uriah was friendly and professional and helped explain all the options available. I really liked they offered “Best” “Better” “Good” options for everything. He was spot on too for his estimate of when he’d finish all the work. We’ll be using them again in the future and highly recommend using Gene Johnson Plumbing!

Friendly, professional and prompt! We had to get some repairs done FAST after a tree fell on our power line. I called all around town and everyone was giving me 2-3 week timeframes. Eco was there the next day and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be using them for our future needs.

Tyler and Junior did some amazing work. Had them replace all the plugs and switches as they were not up to code. They also put 10 recessed lights in the ceiling. Communication was great through the process and they wrapped up ahead of schedule.Update:Had folks back to install a new shower, toilet, vanity, mirror and hot water heater. They went above and beyond working until 8 pm on a Friday to make sure we had a functional bathroom for the weekend.

Mike from Bee's Plumbing was an absolute professional and master of his craft! He came out to replace my aging water heater because I noticed rusty water from one of my bathroom faucets. I can tell Mike is extremely proficient and knowledgeable, completed the replacement in a couple hours, and took the time to keep me informed and ensure I knew how to take care of the new water heater.A couple weeks later, there was still some rusty water and Mike discovered it was residual rust from the galvanized iron pipe that was installed. He replaced it with a copper pipe at no charge! I highly recommend Mike and Bees Plumbing for any plumbing repairs/work. Thank you Mike!
