Today, our house started flooding... the water flowing from the bath drains and floors in our basement. I ran outside to turn off the water main and saw a Fox Plumbing Van working on the church next door. After attempting to shut the main off myself and not succeeding, I ran next door and Wayne came to the rescue. He had the correct tools and within 2 minutes had the water stopped. SO thankful for Wayne and Fox Plumbing!!

They are incredibly responsive and know what they are doing. Each issue has been approached thoughtfully and we always know we are in good hands. Had a failed expansion tank. Tyler serviced it quickly and promptly. Our expansion tank was in a difficult to reach spot and Tyler was able to get to the issue, remove it and install new tank promptly, as well as explaining and providing information on water tanks. Thank you, Tyler!

They were very responsive during the appointment process.When two technicians arrived in my house, they were very nice and polite and gave me a quote aftering few minutes after looking at my toilet. They were very honest and straightforward in explaining the problem and work they would perform.It took about 1 hr to complete the repair and they did testing several times and cleanup after themselves perfectly. Tey we're both very professional during entire process.I will happily recommend this company to my family and friends

I had Ben over to my house this afternoon for a 2-5 appointment. When I showered, it seemed like everything started backing up.Ben was so great! He stayed until the job was totally resolved.
