KEN is the Best!!! Super helpful. Explained everything to me that was going on and made me feel super comfortable. This was a call out for our septic tank but I will be calling Beacon Plumbing for any future plumbing endeavors as well. In fact Ken took the time to give me plumbing quotes while he was out here for when we have our countertops replaced and will need plumbing under sink redo after. I am brand new to the area and I feel like I have a new friend in Beacon Plumbing. Ask for Ken for sure!

Steve installed a tankless (on demand) gas water heater for us, relocated the gas piping, and installed new venting and a recirculating pump. Service was excellent, timely, and very professional at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had some infrequent waste backups at our house and Brian from 2 Sons was able to diagnose the issue by using a camera. Our waste lines had collapsed and flow was not hitting the septic tank riser cleanly.Gave us an estimate for cutting into patio, digging trench and replacing waste lines from inside house to the tank.Knocked out the project in two days with hand tools keeping the mess to a minimum.Great communication and honest work.Highly recommend this team for your plumbing needs!

Got a recommendation from a neighbor on my street that used Seatown for electric work. Slick website, has services for several projects I need done, great! Fill out their form with my most pressing projects HVAC and troubleshooting some electrical in my kitchen. They promptly called me at 9:15 in the morning eager to get me scheduled for estimates. HVAC would be free, electric would charge $289. Oof. Well it needs done. I spent 10-15 min on hold while the phone agent found a date 3 weeks out and missed an important call from my doctor. In hindsight I should have taken the doctor’s call. 7 hours after booking the appointments and getting multiple confirmation emails and text messages I get a random text from Seatown that we don't service your area call this random company in Tacoma with really bad reviews bye. No explanation if it's for HVAC, electrical or both. So if you live in South King County don't waste your time. Pro tip to Seatown: put a map on your website. Your commercials are everywhere on TV and billboards. If you're too good for South King County then maybe make that clear and don't waste my time making appointments.
