Oliver and his assistant were on time, professional and kind. I really liked the way they made me feel valued as a customer. This job was not easy, fun or glamorous in anyway. Fox will have my business as long as they have Oliver on staff.

Work out of a commercial space in Seattle. Had a leak that presented as a water stain in my ceiling panels. McKinstry was recommended by the owner of the commercial property. The initial diagnosis of the issue cost about $500. After the diagnosis McKinstry determined it was the HVAC fan that needed to be replaced. They order and replaced it for a little over $2,000. After about 7 months the leak has returned. Called customer service and they said would cost another $500 for a technician to evaluate. Disappointed they do not have a warranty in their work. Hoping this review helps other who are looking for help.

Very positive experience working with 2sons plumbing. They made it out quickly for the estimate and 2 days later they were back to do the work. Both Robert, who came out for the estimate, and Joey who did the work were profession but friendly as well. The office kept us informed of when they'd be coming so they all did their job well. I would/will definitely call them again if other needs arise.

I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing, as my experience with Sharif during my remodel of my kitchen and two bathrooms offered three visits by him to complete the different stages of the project. He and his teammate were on time, professional and courteous with good mask wearing practices. Definitely will call on Watertite in the future if the need arises.

Determined to do this on my own, I rented a 25 ft snake and used Drano etc. After 2 weeks it was time to call a plumber. Typical guy I guess. But I was concerned about who to call. I had heard bad stories and wanted to chose the right company. After posting requests for referrals on West Bellevue and Medina FB site, and shockingly receiving NO referrals I texted builder friends of mine. They too wanted to find a good plumber feeling others were not honest. Finally a prominent Realtor in the area whom I trust sent me a referral, Rudy's Plumbing. Curtis and Ryan did a GREAT job. They took the time to do it right and didn't cost anything extra. These old pipes were draining slow even after being cleared. I wondered why my dishwasher didn't clean well. The pipes didn't drain quick was why. Well that extra work did it. Water runs GREAT and dishes are better as well. Finally an honest plumber, Now to find a honest Lawyer :)

Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns that I had. This is a company I definitely recommend. I appreciate the positive attitude they had while doing the job.

I've been dragging my feet on getting my shower leak fixed since I got ripped off by another local plumber a while back. They had told me that my shower was too old and couldn't be fixed because the cartridge couldn't be found. I had to pay them $200 for this information and since then, I figured any plumber would have the same issue and I found INSANE ways to deal with the leak while I looked into a remodel.Until recently when the leak got 10 times worse.2 Sons Plumbing sent over Chase and he fixed the leak within an hour. He was so nice and up front about everything that he was doing and the possible ways that the solution could go and how much it could cost. It was such a night and day difference between my experience with the previous plumber. I really like the way that he set cost and process expectations with me and then followed through on them. He also checked out another noise in the wall for me and confirmed that it was nothing to worry about. I started my day wanting to throw up envisioning a $10k+ cost situation and ended up paying only a fraction of that for a completely leak free shower.My go-to plumbers going forward!

I needed an outlet to power a sump pump installed with some urgency to address an active water problem. Seatown was able to fit me into their schedule with a little notice, the team was friendly and professional and completed the work same-day. They recommended a solution that was up to code and far less costly than the other estimates I received. They even offered to come back the next morning to make a small improvement to the job, cost free, to make it easier for me to maintain. I will use Seatown for future electrical needs!

Jerrod with Fox Plumbing came out to my home to help re-install a toilet and repair a refrigerator water line. Jerrod was pleasant, quick and very thorough in solving my problems. We ran into a snag when looking at how to solve the water line connection due to the construction of the home and he came up with a wonderful idea on how to solve it.

My favorite part is their clean policy. They put booties on when they come in the house (even though, at the moment, mine is a mess from lack of flooring) put a tarp on the floor to catch any dust and even wiped out the cabinet that he was working in!

I am extremely pleased with the work and service. I look forward to having Jerrod come back to do some other minor items that need updating!

My furnace went out last night in these freezing temperatures. I called first thing in the morning and got an appointment TODAY!!! Omit is an expert in his field, attentive, straight forward and very nice. He walked me through the diagnostic process and explained everything to me. He found the issue and fixed it. My heat is back on and I am so grateful! I’ve had bad experiences with a different company in the past, where they made up issues that didn’t exist. Nothing like this with Omit. I appreciate his customer focus and am very happy. Will definitely recommend him to my neighbors and anyone who has heater issues in the future! Thank you!
