Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns that I had. This is a company I definitely recommend. I appreciate the positive attitude they had while doing the job.

2 Sons Plumbing is the best group in Seattle, but more specifically, Conal from 2 Sons is the very best. He solved a hot water issue in our master bath that has been plaguing us for months. We had tried other plumbers but they couldn’t locate the very specific cartridge needed from a Italian company. Conal not only found the item, was able to get the installation information from the company in this odd unit, and then was diligent in keeping me informed and updated as we progressed through this work. His efforts saved us and he fixed our issue. I cannot express how much I appreciated his work, his friendly demeanor, and his outstanding professionalism. Hire 2 Sons and specifically Conal and you will not regret it!!!

This business is a con! When we called, we explained we needed help with a clogged toilet (a snake) and to check for ghost flushing. The woman who answered didn't know what ghost flushing was. She laughed. We explained the same to the plumber who came. He said he didn't bring a snake with him and would charge over $200 for that anyway.He did bring his tablet to look up his scripts and high prices. We kept repeating that our main concern was the clog while he opened with the script about replacing the whole toilet. He was probably just following his training. We paid $50 for his trip.Notice, the owners only respond to the good reviews. Save your money for a business with integrity.

Dionte and Sam, came out on short notice, snaked our pipe and pulled a load of hair out of our drain. What once was standing water is now flowing better than ever... literally, I don’t remember the bathtub draining tgat quickly. Very please with their work and Beacon Plumbing.

These guys are real nice people who were recommended to me by a friend. First they installed an American Standard heat pump in my condo in Kirkland and I was truly happy with their work. They did a quality installation and their price was the lowest. Then I asked them to install a heat pump in my home in Bellevue and again, they did a very nice installation. I am pleased with their professional work and would highly recommend them.
