We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

At first, we were given the time that the technician would arrive between 7pm-11pm. So we waited and waited while being all stressed out. The toilet seemed majorly clogged and water kept raising! It started to cause flooding! I called again around 9pm to make sure someone will come by, then were once again advised someone will be here shortly. Around 10:15, someone named Shannon called me and advised that there's a technician nearby will be here in less than an hour. More than 1 and a half hour later, no show! So I called to make sure we arent forgotten, then the guy on the phone said that the technician is still working on it. All staffs have different story. Imagine you're the customer in an urgent situation st home, not going to sleep because you're worried about the flooding, waiting and waiting with no updates, how would you feel? And of course, the response would be contacting the manager. That's not a solution! And now it i past 11pm. No call no show. Perhaps this company is a scam.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Ryan came out on short notice, was very professional and repaired a troublesome Hosebib with his many troubleshooting skills.

I would not hesitate to use Rudy's Plumbing again and will definetly be asking for Ryan. Thank you Ryan!
