Pioneer has done a great job servicing my business. They respond quickly, do great work, and charge a fair price.

Marin came to my house today to help with some plumbing issues. We had a sewer backup and our insurance fixed our floor but the flooring guys didn't replace our toilet, two sinks, washer / dryer, or other appliances. Marin came over and did an excellent job. He had a great sense of humor, he took great care in my house, and did thorough work that he showed me along the way. One example was a place where he did some extra work for sealing. He told me that it wasn't required but that since they have warranties on their work that he wanted to make sure it was done well. In addition to helping replace those items, Marin even helped me move a cabinet and a chest freezer that the floor people didn't put back. He went above and beyond. I am going to call him back for some work in my other bathroom.

Have tried a bunch of places in Seattle and this is the best by far - super nice, super thorough and fair pricing.

Bobby T and his team are the absolute best! I don’t think we will ever use any other plumber. We’ve had him come out a few times, with services that need to be done as soon as possible. He was always very responsive and able to make it work. Tonight he came out to fix an outside water spigot that had burst. We had to turn off the water main and so he wanted to come out to fix it as soon as possible so that we would have our water back on. He was able to work quickly and come up with a very good solution to make it work and get our water back on. It was very affordable! Especially after having to use Beacon Plumbing a few years ago for a similar service and getting charged over five times as much as what they quoted us over the phone. I very much appreciate his business ethic and quality work. If you’re looking for a plumber don’t look any further than Bobby T! He’s your guy!! Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

I love Joe the Plumber and recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services in the Seattle area. Joe has done a handful for projects for me and has always been great to work with and great at what he does. Joe has also been fabulous as a resource - recently I embarked on a small plumbing installation of my own and even then he reached out and answered questions for me and talked me through the procedure free of charge. Had a quote from them to reseal my toilet. Booked them two weeks in advance and confirmed price +tax. 30 minutes before they were supposed to be at my house to reseal the toilet, they call to tell me that they couldn't do the work for the price they originally quoted me, but they could come out today and give me another quote.

Simple Plumber is simply the best! We had Joe over (again) to replace our tub faucet (had a cheap faucet with a broken diverter). Upon opening the bathroom wall, he found some galvanized pipe was still running through the house. Some of it appeared to turn behind the bedroom wall, but he couldn't be sure where it led. He replaced what he could see with copper, but didn't let the job get away from him. He could have easily opened up our bedroom wall and turned the whole project into something much larger (and more costly for us). Long story short, our new faucet is wonderful. It is rare to have a professional who is capable, respectful, honest, and downright funny. If you like, he will involve you in each step of the process. And, if you ask nicely, he may even let you use some of his fancy tools -- So. Much. Fun. Thanks again, Joe!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Extremely unprofessional. Did not meet the scheduled appointment twice and did not even the courtesy to call and update as to why they couldn't come. Will not recommend them!

Sean is an amazing plumber. I had a major leak in my dishwasher/garbage disposal hookup after a big box dishwasher installation. This made it impossible for me to use my kitchen sink. Sean was in the neighborhood and he stopped at my house within an hour to take a look at the problem. Sean has a lot of experience and he knew exactly what to do within minutes of looking at everything. He had the parts on hand to fix the issue and fixed the entire problem very quickly and at a great price. Everything is now working perfectly. He’s a super nice guy on top of being a great plumber. I definitely recommend Sean to anyone in need of a plumber!

Hot water flow was running very slow compared to the cold water coming from our kitchen sink. Once Keenan realized what was happening he was able to immediately fix the problem with ease! Very helpful and very knowledgeable. He's an asset to the Mr Rooter company and family. Great customer service as well!

It smells like wet socks on Friday game nights

I've had positive experiences with The Plumbing Joint. Recently, I needed TPJ to fix an issue with my tub water supply pipe. Tyler showed up on time, got right to work, and finished in 15 minutes! When I asked Tyler to check another issue, he gladly did so. In total, he took care of two issues within 30 minutes! Thank you TPJ!
