Mike D. is the best! Being a general contractor and a homeowner, I can honestly say his performance from start to finish far exceeds experience. The many times we’ve asked for his help he has been highly responsive, personable and really professional.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Despite the initial difficulty scheduling for an appointment, the guys who came over and did the work were very professional and helpful.

I was referred to this business specifically by a friend. Had Curtis out the 22nd of August for an estimate on a smaller job (perhaps this is the problem?) and have not heard a word since. In that time we have contacted the office twice for an update after a few weeks of silence and both times were told we would be called back/contacted with an update soon. We were not contacted either time. Why give us the run around and waste our time? Very disappointed and would prefer an honest “we are not interested in helping you” over being ignored.

I had Jacob come out and upgrade the plumbing for my basement remodel including: new gas lines, shower / toilet drains, and the installation of a custom steam shower system. It turned out perfectly.

Milton came and saved us from a kitchen disaster. The original drain pipe in our 50 year old house was leaking. He worked diligently to do an excellent repair on an old system where the drain pieces required a lot of adjustment and realignment. He did a great job and I appreciate him doing such a good job.

We ordered electric and plumbing services. These projects were quite substantial: replacing new electric panel; replacing all devices; improving wiring in some rooms; bath fans; fixing leaks and replacing bath sinks and so on.All the services were done in a timely fashion and with respect to the property. As well as technicians provided all required information about all what is done.Want to say also special kudos to Connor and his electricians team; as well as to Cease, Brandon R and Teadan from plumbing division. There was some funny moments when I though that guys were talking about Disneyland characters, but turns out that was some plumbing tool called mickey :)Quite happy with the service provided, and we also planning to do improvements for water heating setup we have at our house.

Seatown is a great company. They have exceeded my expectations. I had the power go out in half of my house. I called and spoke to Ryan. I told him no rush as I didn’t want to have to pay an emergency fee. He had Zak out to my house within an hour. Zak was awesome. He went over everything with me. They charge a super fair price and really explain what is going on. Zak made sure everything worked in the house before he left. This company really cares about keeping people safe in their homes. Best customer service I have seen in a very long time. I highly recommend Seatown.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
