Best Complete Plumbing in Seattle WA
Rapid Rooter came to snake our sewer line. Not only were they quick, their costs were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

These guys are AMAZING! I needed to replace all galvanized pipes from the meter to the entire house. If you've never seen a 'ditch witch' in action, it's an remarkable machine and in the hands of experts, they can make it do incredible things. They were able to dig 60ft (underneath my sidewalk, driveway + bramble bushes (in addition to angle the pex to reach the meter). It didn't crack or damage anything. We went with the pex piping and glad we did. Our galvanized pipes were over 58yrs old and now the water pressure is AMAZING throughout the entire house. I STRONGLY recommend Repipe Specialist!

This is the exact feedback I shared with Bob Oates over a month ago:
----------------------------
We'd a request to help reseal our two sinks in the bathroom and reconnect the bathroom faucets and help install a new faucet in the kitchen and reconnect the garbage disposal.
On 24th Feb the plumber came by and reconnected faucets for one bathroom and applied caulk to the two bathroom sinks. On taking a look at the kitchen faucets I was informed that the piping bracket is of a special kind and the faucet won't reconnect without the need for replacement of the piping under the sink and he would need to research the right way to deal with this. I was billed for an hour, with payment due the next time the kitchen was completed. Before the plumber left I explicitly asked, if he has everything (in parts) that he needs to complete the project on the next visit.
He came again today on Feb 27th and notified me of an alternate way of installing the faucets with existing pipes / brackets by using a specific kind of MIP connector. He gave me the size specification for that particular part and gave me two choices:
1) I can go get the part and he can do the faucet installation the easy way.
2) Charge 350$ for the installation that requires replacing the pipes/brackets with ones that match the faucet better.
I called a few hardware stores nearby and had the plumber speak with them to identify the exact part. The plumber informed me that he's 'almost finished' and waiting upon me to get the part. We were also missing insinkerator quick lock sink mount for installation of the garbage disposal. The first shop I drove to buy the MIP, helped me locate a second shop from which I was able to get the 'quick lock'.
After about 30 mins of driving around, I handed over the parts to the plumber and then was told we needed two of the MIP connectors for both, hot and cold water lines! I then dashed out again to the same store to buy the same part.
After everything was said and done, the job itself was done satisfactorily. I was billed for 3 hours. This seems excessive to me as I was out driving for almost an hour myself while the plumber waited. We clearly spoke on the first visit about any parts that might be needed. I honestly believe the work should not be billed for more than an hour and a half and customer shouldn't be running around fetching parts on a second visit, especially after the plumber is promising to return back with a 'researched' solution.
I'm taking this time to write a detailed feedback in the hopes that other customers are not burdened by unreasonable charges and unnecessary work done by customers.
Sincerely,

Thanks for the Excellent Work. The courteous technicians at Seattle Plumbing performed a very professional evaluation of what was required to bring this 1976-built home up to modern heating and cooling efficiency standards. And that translates to SAVING MONEY! We decided to switch to a gas system rather than maintain a completely electric home. A BIG JOB? YES! The extent of our residence. Two furnaces and two air handlers are required. NOT A PROBLEM FOR SEATTLE PLUMBING-TRAINED PROFESSIONALS! The amiable group. Phil and Cass confirmed to my wife and me that (WE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE IN HIRING SEATTLE TO DO THE JOB). Thank you for a JOB WELL DONE. Nick and Bruen. When my plumbing started leaking, I phoned a local plumber, and while we were on the phone, he fixed the problem. In less than an hour, we were able to speak through the full procedure and have it done. He was prompt, courteous, and dependable. If you need a qualified plumber in the area, get the one close to me.

If I could give 10 stars I would. An overall great experience. Complete Trenchless exceeded my expectations. They were timely, professional, and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone.
I had a water main line break. To make things complicated my meter was 300 from my house under asphalt. Obviously I did not want to tear up the asphalt so I needed a trenchless water main replacement. Complete Trenchless did the job and caused me no additional work or headaches. I was told it would take 2 days and it took 1. I am very happy with outcome.

Like many homeowners in Seattle, we finally had to bite the bullet and replace our 75 year old sewer line from the basement all the way to the street. Jafco was by far the most professional and straightforward bid we received. They were the least expensive for the work to be completed. Other contractors offered a bit lower prices, but would not have replaced all of the parts that needed replacing. Once the work started, they were on-time, professional, and very tidy. This job was messy! It involved a lot of indoor concrete cutting and hauling, but at the end of each day, everything was clean and organized. The workers were nice and polite. Our Project Manager, Max, was great. Super clear in his communications, responsive, and easy to work with. (Plus our dog loved him.) We would highly recommend Jafco and Max!
